There’s various stripes of politicians all over the west who are clamoring for childless adults to have restrictions on their political eligibility, voting rights, and pension payments. No two days go by without some form of fearmongering article about birth rates and/or labor shortage.
Today already childless people pay more taxes for a multitude of services and institutions that will never, ever, benefit them, but pays for people whose more or less explicit motivations for reproducing often do include child benefits. Actually single and childless americans are the only population who can be taxed into poverty from their low wages. There are benefits are only available to poor Americans under 25 only if they have a child.
In my country, childless people cannot bestow an orphan pension on anyone (if they are married they cannot increase the widow/er ’s pension either) with the money they saved up, so that money goes back to the pension fund’s pool to pay off longer lived people, or the spouses and children of other deceased (I am definitely taking my pension, if it still exists, and if it’s still legal by then, in lump capital payment over monthly payments for these reasons lol)
Depending on your country’s exact statutes it may not be discrimination yet but it will be in our lifetimes. Everything is moving that way.

Really fucked with me learning that when Michel Foucault first arrived at UC Berkeley his friends tried to warn him not to participate in the local gay bathhouse scene due to the risk of AIDS, but that he did it anyway because he thought that AIDS was just a social construct. But the most famous post-modernist in history believed it, and ended up dying as a result of that belief. And given how respected he was, other men probably also died as a result of believing what he was saying. I get that they didn't know as much about AIDS in 1983 as we do today, but it been around for a few years already, so one of the supposedly smartest men on the planet should have had enough evidence to be able to overturn the hypothesis that viruses are just social constructs.

I think that last reblog of yours really hit the nail on the head when it comes to the reasons I distanced myself from radical feminism. No accountability and the treatment of women as if they were kids or brainless beings. The lack of self awareness is kinda funny. They criticize the fact men have said through history women are dumb and technically children, but a woman does something wrong or evil and suddenly women have no mind on their own and it's the patriarchy's fault. Also, if someone tries to criticize other woman's behaviour, they will use the "Men do worse so you can't criticize her" card (See how radfems often defend mothers who let their partners abuse their children, as "they are not the ones hurting them", and even paint them as victims, as if they weren't allowing the abuse of their children just because they love validation and dick 🙄 Actually, they even defend mothers when they kill their own children sometimes, because muh patriarchy forced them to get pregnant and give birth in a first world country apparently) Maybe I'm tripping, but sometimes I feel there is so much circle jerking about male crimes in radfem spaces instead of actual activism because it's convenient for them to be in the victim position, and to be able to excuse their own wrongdoings because moids are supposedly worse. One thing I noticed about blackpillers is that maternal abuse is common. Radfoids don't realize that the they are encouraging motherfoids to abuse their daughters and those daughters are old enough to read what they're saying on the internet.
