This Awesome Wristwatch Is A One-of-a-kind Creation Inspired By The Kennin-ji Zen Buddhist Temple In

This awesome wristwatch is a one-of-a-kind creation inspired by the Kennin-ji Zen Buddhist temple in Kyoto, one of Japan’s most historic landmarks dating back to 1202. In 2002, to celebrate its 800th anniversary, artist Koizumi Junsaku painted a pair of powerful dragons were painted inside the temple’s Dharma Hall. Those beautiful dragons inspired a collector to commission a multi-national Swiss-based team of four master craftsmen to create the Kennin-ji Master’s Project, one of the most ornate and exquisite watches ever made.

Every surface of the watch is covered in magnificent engraving of the temple dragons, making it both a priceless work of art as well as a functional timepiece.
