Your assumptions create your reality, so assume you have what you want and persist in that assumption. To assume is to accept that you already have something without proof, and to persists is to basically continue with an opinion or action. So continue to accept that you already have what you want.

-what is a state? it is a collection of thoughts, feelings, emotions, & beliefs that you identify with. it is who you are being. your I AM
you are ALWAYS in a state. we go in & out of states ALL day. there are INFINITE realities & YOU choose what state to occupy. when we say that creation is finished that is exactly what it means. you do not have to create anything. there's a version of you that is rich & one that is poor. one in a loving relationship & one where you are single. being a good student or a bad student. having your dream job or a job you hate. etc. YOU get to CHOOSE which state you experience. if you can see something in your mind & think what it would be like to experience those things, then it is possible. imagination is the only reality. nothing can happen unless it is experienced in imagination FIRST.

how do i get into the wish fulfilled?
you could just say "i am in the state" or "i am in the wish fulfilled" & you're in it! it is as easy as intending to be in it
use methods to help maintain the state
affirming- pick a few affirmations that help you to capture the feeling (knowing) that your desire is a fact in imagination. (how do i feel now that i have my desire? what would i be thinking if i had my desire?) whatever answer you had to those questions, would be great affirmations! make them yourself. don't ask someone to make some for you. affirmations should be NATURAL to YOU. affirming is not something that should be forced. there is a BIG difference between having natural thoughts & forcing yourself to think structured sentences. you do NOT need to affirm 24/7. why? bc that is not NATURAL & you were not doing that before you found out about the law. also, affirmations DO NOT get you into the state, they are a technique that is used to MAINTAIN the state of wish fulfilled. personally, when i enter the wish fulfilled, i feel calm, peaceful, and content. i feel the inner KNOWING that my desire is fulfilled (bc it is) and thoughts come to me NATURALLY. thoughts come from your state, so they are a great indicator to help you know which state you're in.
visualizing- spend time in imagination. (what would a a day look like with my desire?) visualize where you want to be/what you want to experience. visualize a scene that implies that you have your desire. keep doing this until you have the feeling that it is a fact in your imagination.
scripting- write a diary entry. describe what a day would look like with your desire. get as detailed as you want. you are the author.
inner conversations- this can kind of go together with visualizing. talk to someone in imagination about your desire, talk to the person you desire, or imagine someone congratulating you for obtaining your desire.
SATS (state akin to sleep)- do this as you're about to fall asleep. visualize one scene that implies that you have your desire on a loop until you fall asleep. feel the scene to be real (bc it is). neville talked about this A LOT in his work & was his favorite method. he always said to fall asleep in the wish fulfilled.
lullaby method- create a short phrase that indicates you have your desire. neville suggested phrases such as "thank you" "it is finished" "it is done" i personally like to use the phrase "it is mine" bc it is more natural to me. say the short phrase of your choice over & over until you fall asleep knowing it is a fact. now when i say "say it over & over" i do NOT mean to say it like a robot. FEEL THEM. personally when i do this, i say the phrase slowly & calmly to myself to REMIND myself that it is done & is A FACT.
key takeaway from methods: do whatever is natural to you. do not have the mindset of doing them to get something. you are just reminding yourself of what you already have. you must have it in imagination first to get it in the 3d, so if you have the mindset of "i am gonna do xyz method to get my desire" i'm sorry but it will not work
persist- keep going back to the wish fulfilled. stay faithful to your imagination.
do i have to stay in the state all day?
NO! go back to the state whenever you think about your desire. it is NOT about how long you are in a state but the frequency (amount of times you go back to it) ex: if you think about your desire 5 times a day, but 3 of those times you are thinking from a state of lack (not having it), while the other 2 are the state of wish fulfilled. the state of lack is your dwelling state (which is what you will see in the 3d)
is manifestation really instant?
YES! what you are experiencing right now in the 3d is your CURRENT dwelling state. how do you change it? by going within & leaving the 3d alone. once you have made your desire state your dwelling place, it will instantly be reflected in the 3d. the 3d is simply showing you who you are being/identifying as. this is why we tell you that you have to change yourself first. the outer world is a mirror to our inner world. why would you expect to see rainbows & sunshine in your 3d, when your 4d is lightning & thunder? how could you see a change of clothes, unless you changed them yourself first? once you change, the rest will follow. it is LAW.
how do i know if i fell out of the state?
you may be checking the 3d, worrying, or having opposing thoughts. again, THOUGHTS ARE THOUGHTS. they are NOT what manifests. they have no power over you unless you give them power. don't identify (accept them as true) & let them pass. since your state manifests, a few silly thoughts that you don't accept as true mean NOTHING
how do i get back into the state if i fell out of it?
intend to go back & use the methods i described above to maintain the state
what do we mean by feeling?
feeling ≠ emotion. it is the KNOWING. you may feel calm, happy, peaceful, relief, etc. it is NOT some groundbreaking euphoric moment. it is NATURAL. you are in a dwelling state for EVERY aspect of your life (love, school, work, career, finances, etc.) so feeling your desire to be real, is not going to be some rainbow explosion. you know a lot of other things to be real that you are not placing as much focus on, so your desire is no different.
i stopped desiring it?
ex: you got a new pair of shoes. when you first got them you were excited to wear them. as the days went on, the "spark" kind of went away. it's not that you weren't excited to wear them, but you got used to having them & KNOW that they are yours
ex: once you start dating someone, you are excited to text them good morning and to hang out with them. over this, this becomes normal & expected. ofc you're going to be texting & hanging out with the person you're dating.
you may stop desiring your desire bc you KNOW that you have it. it's normal for you to have your desire. how could you continue desiring something you already have? that's like saying you want the pair of shoes you are wearing right now.
summary
STOP being a slave to your senses. shut the 3d out bc it is a reflection of your past dwelling state. since you're going to the wish fulfilled & thinking of your desire in your favor, the 3d doesn't matter. it is NOT who you are anymore. once your dwelling state is the wish fulfilled, it will reflected in the 3d INSTANTLY. stop bringing up the past bc it only exists in your mind. go within & fulfill your inner man. you desire something? see it in your imagination. want to talk to someone? have an inner convo or visualize talking to them. want to hang out with someone? do it in imagination. everything stems from imagination. it will not fail you. the world is a mirror that is reflecting who you are being. as within, so without. you MUST change FIRST to see the change in the outer world. there is nothing & no one to change but self.

I cannot say it enough that literally anything and everything could bring your manifestation. Like literally anything!! You don't have to be positive, or detach, or, affirm 24/7 if you don't want to. If you want to do those things because they bring you joy, go ahead, do what you want to, have fun. But, if these things make you feel frustrated or tired or just bad in general, you don't have to do them. There are bitches out here writing on a piece of paper and getting exactly what they want!! No struggling or anything! Some people just command their minds to give them what they want, and it just happens. No saturating the mind or having to live in the end or think positive at alll! Nothing is a "bad" or "wrong" way to manifest. Decide how shit works for you!!

are audios with hidden affirmations about one or more topics. Those affirmations can be heard by our subconcious mind, even if the volume of the affirmations is very low.
Affirming -
You choose one or more affirmations ( Example : I have perfect and clear skin ) and either repeat it at least once a day or as much as you want to.
SATS / Lullaby Method -
in short : lay down on your bed, wait until you feel sleepy, affirm one or more affirmations until you fall asleep & wake up with whatever you affirmed for !

Scripting -
Write down ( be it on paper or on your phone ) some affirmations.
Moodboard / Pinterest Board -
Create a collage or Pinterest Board with pictures of something you desire. It can be multiple pictures of the same thing, it really doesn't matter how you create it.
Visualization -
You create a mental image of your desire in your head. Most people close their eyes & imagine themselves having their desires.
Diary Method -
You tell your diary that you already have what you desire. You can write it down on either a notebook, diary or in your notes app on your phone.

Shifting
It means entering a new reality where everything is how you want it to be. There are different methods to enter your DR [ desired reality ], you can use one of the mentioned one's in this post !
Before you start to shift, I recommend writing a script. Write everything that you want to happen in that script, be it how you or the people around you look like, where you live, your age, literally EVERYTHING, just to make sure sure where exactly you want to shift to !
Pillow Method
Write your affirmations on a piece of paper and put it under your pillow, then sleep on it. You can imagine the affirmations entering your subconcious. Then you'll manifest what you've written down !
Charging your water
Grab a random glass, fill it with water and play your favorite subliminal next to it or speak your affirmations above the glass. When you're done with either playing the sub/affirming, drink that glass of water.

Visual Wallpapers
Visual wallpapers are pictures with hidden affirmations in there. The affirmations were written with a low opacity, since we shouldn't see it but our subconscious will ! Don't look for the affirmations and let the affirmations sink into you !! All you have to do is to put it as your wallpaper ( can be anywhere ) and one quick glance is absolutely fine. You don't need to stare at it for hours in order to get results, just one glance is okay ! What's great about these is that you will probably forget that you have it as your wallpaper, which will help you with detachment and will stop you from obsessing over results. So, visual wallpapers are something like subliminals but in a picture format.
<3 method
draw a heart or <3 on your hand/wrist/finger/body part that you frequently see and every time you look at it, tell yourself : I am a master manifestor and I have everything that I want. Everything works out in my favor.
I'm not going to be following anyone's teachings on this, instead I'll be drawing on my own experiences, so sorry if this doesn't exactly match up with what everyone else is saying about this topic.
Also please note that this is my opinion based on my experiences, and so the process may be different for you!
As a community, I genuinely believe that we have manifestation very backwards. We start off by learning that thoughts create your reality, and we go towards self concept to help the thoughts, and affirmations to force your brain to accept it, and then eventually you'll have it and you'll be happy or whatever. This is actually backwards (at least for me, and I hope this helps other Neurodivergent ppl too).
It started with the States talk for me. My eyes kinda opened to a new way of doing things, and let me tell you it's been SO MUCH EASIER to start with having the feeling/ state of mind that you would have if you had what you wanted, because the thoughts progress naturally from there. I'm not saying affirmations don't work, I'm just saying that starting with affirmations is like trying to force your way through a room filled with molasses, and starting with changing you state of mind is like walking through a room full of air in comparison.
Let me be clear: I'm NOT talking about self concept. I'm talking about FEELING and STATES OF MIND. It's not about the affirmations or the self concept, it's about how you approach them and yourself. From what I've noticed within myself, better self concept comes naturally during this process, just like affirmations do. It all starts with your state.
Let me start off by saying that a state is the seed of a manifestation. It's the very beginning point that everything else branches off of. If you start off with a state of lack, for example, you'll constantly be battling thoughts that come from that lack ("where is it? Why is it taking so long? Etc."). However, if you start off with a state of fulfillment, you'll notice that those negative thoughts don't come as often, if at all, and it's much easier to progress when you're not constantly fighting with your own thoughts.
But let's say you don't know what state to start with. That's perfectly fine! All you have to do is choose a state that will affect everything else in the long run. The state is the seed, remember, and the rest of the thoughts you have will branch from that seed, so you have to plant the right one. Write out or think of this sentence, "I desire ___ because it will make me feel ___" now, don't start with the "I desire ___" instead, start with "it will make me feel ___" that's the state you have to start from, that's your seed.
I started with the state of "I want ___ because it will make me feel Happy" so I chose happiness to be the state I tried to be in. It can start out with you consciously entering that state, and as you learn to do that, and keep doing it, you will find that you naturally do it more often because it becomes familiar.
Then the thoughts come! You go from feeling happy, to thinking happy. You know how when you feel sad, you naturally think thoughts that make you feel sad? The same thing happens with positive states! It comes very naturally. The best part about this is, you know exactly where you want to end up ("I desire ___"), and so you start to guide your naturally positive thoughts towards your desires (affirming). You start off with the "I'm happy. I like being happy." And go towards "I'm happy because I have ___, I'm so happy to have ___." Your mind will start to make that connection automatically, and before you know it, you're affirming (thinking about your desires) all the time without having to force it to happen!
The longer you get into the state, the more natural it feels, and the more easily your affirmations will come. As you progress naturally through this process, you will find that you start to believe your affirmations more and more, and you may even start affirming for things you didn't even know you wanted! This is the seed growing and branching out. Your mind naturally creates connections between your thoughts, and so as you continue to affirm and persist in that state, you will start to form very natural connections between how you feel and how you think. This also improves your self concept along the way, because as you think better, you'll believe better about yourself, and your views on the world will change to match your desires!
During this process, the only thing you have to do is return to your desired state and guide your thoughts towards your goals. Instead of battling yourself constantly and struggling to get to where you want to be and doubting all the time, you naturally go towards your desires in your 4D, thus changing your 3D along the way!
In my opinion, this is the way we are meant to go about manifesting. We realize we're feeling bad, and as we start to change that into feeling happy, our thoughts follow us along the way!
I am the It girl. I go to school with strawberry infused water. Looking cute everyday, I’m everyone’s hallway crush. I make their hearts flutter, seriously. No matter what happened in the past, everyone has a positive opinion about me. There’s not a single person in that school who would dare talk shit about me. I’m known as the “nice smart pretty girl”. People say I’m basically perfect. I am, aren’t I? Looking at my grades makes me so happy! Academic validation is an incredible feeling. I always get 95% or higher. Since all the teachers love me, they never deduct points over any minuscule errors. To be fair, it’s not like I make any. Teachers love me because I make grading for them easy, since they know I’m a model student, my work always gets 100%. So many people wish they could be me. I mean honestly, keep wishing I guess. Everything about me is perfect. Everyone simps for me. I have friends in every class. My weekends are filled with plans and since my parents are super loving and chill, I go out all the time. Life is so easy for me. I know I’m going to university or college on a full ride scholarship. So there are is really nothing in my life to worry about. People complain about highschool being hard but I don’t see what’s hard about it. Maybe it’s due to my immense privilege.
Affirmations are merely just a way to focus your attention on the wish fulfilled. It is a way to maintain your thoughts and keep you on track. We use affirmations to REMIND us that we already have our desires now in our 4d.

When you affirm dont forget that you sre talking to yourself. You are making sure that YOU understand that its done. So do and say whatever will make YOU feel that way. *thats why premade affirmations from bloggers may feel not natural to u**
I see so many people use affirmations to TRY TO GET their desire. No. You arent living in the end. You are not trying to get something!! You are already it. And im not just saying that.
Since consciousness is the only reality, whatever you are aware of being is what you are amd what will be reflected on the the 3d .
So you are already that which you want to be IF you decide and claim it. You shouldnt be desperatley affirming to GET IT. NO! Affirmations are used just to remind yourself of who you are and to keep you in the state of having it.
You are not pretending to have it. Stop pretending. You actually do have it. You dont pretend to have it and THEN youll get it.
You have it now like actually. Living in the end IS THE END. You dont live in the in order to get it!
You choose your state and you stick with it! Wanna be pretty? You decide that you are now in the state of being pretty and thats that. That is your state now. You are in the end. You just persist so it becomes your dominant state because in the past your dominant state was “im ugly” .
Instant manifestation
I have a problem with this. I know we can manifest instantly and i will never deny that. However heres where the mix up is
Lots of new manifestors get so hung up on manifesting instantly that they arent living in the end. Stop it. If u know u have ita dm you are living in the end you wouldnt even worry about it.
Manifesting is instant, as in the decision is instant. As in when you decide that you are pretty rn that it. Its done. Your manifestation is done there is nothing more to do. Just maintain that state amd persist in it. Dont go out of the state of having it.
But what about when it comes in the 3d?
Well neville says:
The time it takes your assumption to become fact, your desire to be fulfilled, is directly proportionate to the naturalness of your feeling of already being what you want to be — of already having what you desire.
And i agree. Does that mean that instant manifestation isnt possible? No! It is definitley possible.
If you know you have it amd it feels natural to you like a fact then it will happen instantly if you believe so.
The problem is that people get SO HUNG UP on it. Stop thinking about when things manifest instantly.
This is all from my experience. I got my shit when i stopped worrying about getting it instantly. Because if i truly knew i had what i wanted i wouldnt be thinking of getting it instantly.
So just make sure that you feel like you have ti. Make sure you ACCEPT your desire. Bc if you are trying to get it then you havent accepted it as fact yet.

Part One Study Basics
The Pseudo Worker looks and feels like someone who is working hard, but because of a lack of focus and concentration doesn’t actually accomplish much. It wastes time and is mentally draining.
Work accomplished = time spent x intensity of focus.
The best students gain efficiency by compressing work into focused bursts.
MANAGE YOUR TIME IN 5 MINUTES A DAY
All your to-dos and deadlines on your calendar become a master schedule. Look at it to figure out what you should try and finish that day. Throughout the day every new to-do or deadline is added to the list. Then transfer the list onto your calendar
Every morning update your calendar and decide what you’ll accomplish. Write the deadlines on the appropriate dates and the to-dos on the days when you plan to complete them.
Move the to-dos you planned for yesterday but didn’t complete to new days on your calendar. Each new day you can throw away yesterdays list and begin a new list for today. Divide it into two columns, ‘todays schedule’ and ‘things to remember’. Figure out how much from your list you can realistically accomplish.
Label each of your to-dos for the day with a specific time period during which you’re going to complete it. Be honest.
The things to remember column enables you to remember to schedule in longer tasks that require attention and effort you don’t have at the time of writing.
DECLARE WAR ON PROCRASTNATION
Use a ‘work in progress journal’ in order to physically write down your excuses for not doing your work. Your ego won’t like the truth so it will kick-start you will to do the work.
Drink water constantly, monitor caffeine intake carefully, treat food as a source of energy not satisfaction, and don’t skip meals.
Make working on difficult tasks an event, Go out of your way to work in a new environment etc.
Build a routine, let a simply good habit greatly reduce the effort required to launch a productive day.
Schedule extremely difficult and intense work days ahead of time.
WHEN, WHERE, HOW LONG
Do work as early as you can as the most distracting hours are after dinner time. Fill in any small patches of free time with productive work.
Studying in isolation frees you from distraction.
Study for no more than an hour at a time without a break
Part Two ☆ Part Three
This is your reality. Stop worrying about the when or how. Forget about logic, forget about how it’ll happen, forget about when it’ll manifest, forget about the deadline. Forget about everything that makes you worry and doesn’t serve you!
You already have exactly what you want, as soon as you accept you have what you want then it is done. It has already manifested.
You make the rules. No more asking loa bloggers if you can have this and that, anything is possible if you say so. Struggling to enter the void? That’s on you. Why would it matter if you accidentally moved 5 minutes into affirming for the void, the void is within, you make the rules. If you say you enter the void after affirming once, then you enter the void after affirming once. “I spiralled, now all my progress is ruined” that’s only true if you accept it as true.
This is the law of assumption. Truly understand what that means. It means what you assume is what is real and true. So take this seriously, start to think in your favour. Don’t make rules for yourself that don’t serve you just because someone else said so.
I promise that once you start to actually think in your favour and only believe things that you want to believe you will be set free; you will find yourself at peace and manifesting will no longer be something you see as challenging and frustrating. Find salvation in your beliefs and assumptions.

SATS — before you sleep, imagine yourself waking up with all your desires (Optional: you can listen to this or this while doing this step, and loop it overnight if you'd like)
You can also keep a mini journal, or script online on notepad of how your day went, in the perspective of someone who has their desires (For example, if I wanted to move to Los Angeles, I'd write about my day in the city, and write about places I went, in Los Angeles. It doesn't have to be big, it can even be going to the supermarket or school)
Let go, knowing all your desires are yours and that the 3D will conform no matter what
I manifested my dream life this way, and this is basically my day to day manifestation routine! I did this for maybe 3 to 4 days, and then woke up with a lot of my problems being solved, and living in a different apartment away from my parents and changing schools to a nicer one
