this post is just to avoid overcomplicating things. the very basics. i’m not gonna tell you to just β€œaffirm and persist”, because it’s easier said than done. i’m gonna actually break it down in this post.

adopt a controlled imagination and well-sustained attention

be aware of your thoughts and feelings - if this isn’t natural for you, then make it a habit to journal/meditate/whatever helps you to reflect. analyse your feelings, ask yourself why you feel so and then change the feeling.

don’t let your mind wander to unwanted places. this doesn’t mean to shut feelings or thoughts down, this means observing the thought and then reminding yourself that nothing is bigger than you. no problem or desire is as big as you. they’re nothing compared to you. feel what you want to feel. focus on that feeling. that’s why it’s beneficial to imagine when you’re tired. your mind isn’t racing, or trying to be logical - feeling becomes easier

repeatedly focus on the object to be accomplished

feel what you desire to be accomplished - actually feel it to be yours. if you can’t do this instantly, then do it over and over till you actually FEEL it to be yours. learn to suspend the thoughts caused by the outside and focus within.

assuming = identifying yourself with the ideal

be consumed by the great feeling of accomplishment. fall asleep being one with the ideal. know that it is yours, because once you have granted it to yourself in your imagination, then it truly is yours and nothing can take it away from you. it must be expressed to the physical, but that doesn’t matter and you don’t have to worry about it, because you already have what you want.

i desperately need y’all to grasp how easy manifesting with the law of assumption is.

it’s really that simple:

β€’ decide that you have something

β€’ fulfill internally (aka thinking from / living in the end)

β€’ and just persist in the belief that your desires are yours

the 3d will literally just reflect that because it has to LMFAOO

with persisting, it’s just having faith in the fact that everything that’s going on in your 4d is real and done. it’s fr just standing firm in your belief, man.

and you don’t have to try or do a lot of shit to get into the state of wish fulfilled cause the second you start believing you’ll naturally shift into it….MAN ITS THAT SIMPLE LIKE 😭

don’t overwhelm yourselves with how or when it’s gonna happen. even though you can do that, it’s just gonna instill more worry and fear of it happening than fulfillment. just dwell in the fact that you have it and RELAX. you got it, you shifted there, you’re fine. BREATHE bruh 😭😭

you don’t need to force or discipline yourself to do that, you just need to allow yourself to accept your new assumption. and everything will follow cause you accepted that your assumption is true and nothing can change that belief. that’s it πŸ€·πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ

I feel like this post has the potential to shift all of your manifestation journeys to a more positive and successful ass direction. I’ve discovered SOO much these past few weeks regarding how manifesting works that is changing everything. If everyone were to apply this knowledge there will be no questions as to why your manifestation β€œhasn’t come yet” or why it feels hard for you.

Now look. 90 percent of us are familiar with the whole 10k Affirmation Challenge (repeating affirmations 10,000 times for it to become fact in your mind) This trend has been HUMBLING to say the least. It has made me as well as many others realize how little we are actually affirming for our desires on a daily basis, as our minds are still mostly flooded with BS.

THIS is why PERSISTING and REPETITION is so important!! Our bodies try to fight the change it’s not comfortable with.

You have to just make yourself push through that temporarily uncomfortable feeling of not being used to a certain way of thinking.

think about this. you know you aren’t going to accept going back to your old story, so you might as well stop half-assing and letting your old programming have your way every time. It will save you lots of mental frustration due to everyday being a roller coaster (one moment you are so confident have your desires the next you’re unsure and reliving all old past beliefs and circumstances because that’s what you’re comfortable with knowing.)

You will humble yourself so fast like I did if you set timers on your phone for the duration you want to affirm/do ur techniques for your desires. I used to think I’d affirm so long when I wasn’t timing anything until I realized I wasn’t even talking to myself in the mirror for 5 minutes. This is how we see our desired thoughts become dominant

Affirmations are merely just a way to focus your attention on the wish fulfilled. It is a way to maintain your thoughts and keep you on track. We use affirmations to REMIND us that we already have our desires now in our 4d.

When you affirm you guys act like ur performing for someone?? Like omg ok if i affirm 29373518 time maybe the manifesting fairy will give it to me11!1!1!!11! NO!

When you affirm dont forget that you sre talking to yourself. You are making sure that YOU understand that its done. So do and say whatever will make YOU feel that way. *thats why premade affirmations from bloggers may feel not natural to u**

I see so many people use affirmations to TRY TO GET their desire. No. You arent living in the end. You are not trying to get something!! You are already it. And im not just saying that.

Since consciousness is the only reality, whatever you are aware of being is what you are amd what will be reflected on the the 3d .

So you are already that which you want to be IF you decide and claim it. You shouldnt be desperatley affirming to GET IT. NO! Affirmations are used just to remind yourself of who you are and to keep you in the state of having it.

You are not pretending to have it. Stop pretending. You actually do have it. You dont pretend to have it and THEN youll get it.

You have it now like actually. Living in the end IS THE END. You dont live in the in order to get it!

You choose your state and you stick with it! Wanna be pretty? You decide that you are now in the state of being pretty and thats that. That is your state now. You are in the end. You just persist so it becomes your dominant state because in the past your dominant state was β€œim ugly” .

Instant manifestation

I have a problem with this. I know we can manifest instantly and i will never deny that. However heres where the mix up is

Lots of new manifestors get so hung up on manifesting instantly that they arent living in the end. Stop it. If u know u have ita dm you are living in the end you wouldnt even worry about it.

Manifesting is instant, as in the decision is instant. As in when you decide that you are pretty rn that it. Its done. Your manifestation is done there is nothing more to do. Just maintain that state amd persist in it. Dont go out of the state of having it.

But what about when it comes in the 3d?

Well neville says:

The time it takes your assumption to become fact, your desire to be fulfilled, is directly proportionate to the naturalness of your feeling of already being what you want to be β€” of already having what you desire.

And i agree. Does that mean that instant manifestation isnt possible? No! It is definitley possible.

If you know you have it amd it feels natural to you like a fact then it will happen instantly if you believe so.

The problem is that people get SO HUNG UP on it. Stop thinking about when things manifest instantly.

This is all from my experience. I got my shit when i stopped worrying about getting it instantly. Because if i truly knew i had what i wanted i wouldnt be thinking of getting it instantly.

So just make sure that you feel like you have ti. Make sure you ACCEPT your desire. Bc if you are trying to get it then you havent accepted it as fact yet.

to find your own favourite way of manifesting (that will be naturally the best one for you, simply because you enjoy it the most) take a look at who you are and what you enjoy doing outside of the law. then find a way to put those activities into loa context.

if you love music, create playlists that embody your desired life and listen to them

if you love meditating, go for the void

if you love stories, find books/tv shows that have the vibes of your desired life and project yourself into them

if you love writing, write your own stories with your desires

if you love baking, take this kinda witchy approach and see every ingredient you're adding into the dough as one of your desires while the bowl is your life

if you're competitive, try loa challenges and put set dates for your manifestations to motivate yourself

if you're chill and can't be bothered by anything, simply know that your desires are yours

if you love drawing, draw yourself living your dream life

if you love tarot, create your own rigged readings where you pull out just the cards you want

if you love astrology, rewrite your birth chart and give your placements the meaning you want for them to have

if you're religious, pray to your god(s) and know they'll bring your desires to you

if you're a daydreamer, daydream and know that its real

find your own way cuz that will be the smoothest one for you. everything works. don't force yourself to do anything that doesn't sit right with you. manifesting is supposed to be fun, not a chore.

step one : decide what you want, and decide that you have it.

you want something? you already have it! you want an ability? you already have it!you wanna shift somewhere? you're already there!

step two: maintain your faith to that decision by fulfilling yourself in imagination.

a.k.a. thinking as if or living in the end / knowing. when it comes to imaginal acts: if you get bored with affirming all the time, you can use other methods!

step three : persist and be consistent to your new assumption.

by persist, i mean i want you to stand firm in the feeling of acceptance & belief towards the fact that your desire is yours. not forcing yourself to become or believe. this is also super helpful when doubts pop up.

step four: repeat step three until the idea of having your desire feels natural and you naturally accept / believe your assumption to be true and normal.

decide -> maintain faith -> persist in new assumption -> assumptions / beliefs shift -> 3d instantly shifts to match.

REMEMBER! β˜•

⭐️ your 4d creates and always comes first, your 3d reflects and follows.

⭐️ your past thoughts, experiences and states do not matter.

⭐️ you can't try to become something you already are.

⭐️ just because your circumstances are real, don't mean they're permanent and forever.

⭐️ it's the frequency of returning to fulfilling imaginal acts that counts, not how long you do them for.

⭐️ manifestation is inner work. not outer work.

⭐️ stop focusing on the fact that you don't have it and focus on the fact that you do.

⭐️ wishful thinking and inner fulfillment will never be the same thing.

⭐️ manifestation / shifting will always be instant.

⭐️ if you steer off track, dust yourself off and get back on it.

you aren't a states girly or an affirm + persist girly.

βšβ €this is an oppositional but still educational post.

you are in fact both. you affirm aka assume therefore think that you have your desire and persist in that aka enter the state of having your desire. you maintain that state by persisting.

you are in a state no matter what. you affirm no matter what as you are always thinking. simply stating that you have your desire is an affirmation. and all "ways" of manifestation require persistence. no matter how you manifest, no matter which method you use or which challenge you try, you are always β€” at all times β€” persisting.

also, what is a states girly? technically β€” no, quite literally β€” we are all "states girlies". or do you call yourself an everyone-is-you-pushed-out girly? or an assumption girly? or a self concept girly? or a fulfillment girly? or an imagination girly?

At home spa day

Beforehand:

Declutter your space

Light scented candles

Put on a playlist/podcast/audiobook

Pour yourself a drink

Make sure you have all materials within reach

Feet:

Remove old nail polish

Soak feet in a foot bath prepared with salts

Exfoliate & remove death skin

Cut nails

File nails

Take out gunk between nail & skin

Cut cuticles if needed + push them back

Apply a new coat of nail polish

Apply cuticle oil and foot cream

Hands:

Remove old nail polish

File nails in desired shape and length

Apply cutticle remover and push back/cut any cuticles

Buff nails

Apply a new coat of nail polish

Apply cuticle oil and hand cream

Hair:

Latter your hair in a hair oil/mask

Double rinse with first a cleansing and then nourishing shampoo

Apply conditioner to only the ends and rinse

Dry as needed for your hair type

Body:

If you wax, dry exfoliate

Apply baby powder to desired areas

Wax desired areas

If you shave, exfoliate in shower

Shave desired areas

Use body scrub over entire body

Lather yourself in nice smelling soap

Apply anti hair growth serum

Moisturise

Face:

Remove makeup

Cleanse thoroughly

Steam your face

Exfoliate

Pluck/wax eyebrows and any other facial hair

Apply face mask

Rinse

Massage face

Tone

Add serum and any other product needed for your specific skin type/condition

LITERALLY ANYTHING CAN WORK

I cannot say it enough that literally anything and everything could bring your manifestation. Like literally anything!! You don't have to be positive, or detach, or, affirm 24/7 if you don't want to. If you want to do those things because they bring you joy, go ahead, do what you want to, have fun. But, if these things make you feel frustrated or tired or just bad in general, you don't have to do them. There are bitches out here writing on a piece of paper and getting exactly what they want!! No struggling or anything! Some people just command their minds to give them what they want, and it just happens. No saturating the mind or having to live in the end or think positive at alll! Nothing is a "bad" or "wrong" way to manifest. Decide how shit works for you!!
