well, I'm a reality shifter for more than a year now, but I've never shifted before. I've already tried many different methods, subliminals, and affirmations, but nothing seems to work for me. I search about shifting, work to improve my self-concept and try hard to not obsess over shifting and manifestation in general, but Iʼm still stuck in this reality. I know that I don't need anything except my intention to shift, but even when I set my most powerful intention to go to my dr and truly believe in it, I always end up waking up here in this shitty reality.
I try not to worry about it and keep in mind that is just a matter of time for me to fully shift and finally be with my ccs, but it's so fucking hard to keep being optimistic when you fail in each one of your attempts...

I completely understand your frustrations, and I am so proud of you for not giving up no matter what. What I highly suggest you to do is to start going back to the basics. So stop focusing on shifting itself (like the practice) and write down all of your honest beliefs on how you view shifting them flip those assumptions to the fact that shifting is easy. You will go on a strict mental diet to change your mindset towards shifting because that is the key. I was actually on the same exact boat as you, until I discovered this gem. Please look up “how to shift effortlessly” amino rrmika. I don’t know why but the app is down so it won’t let me tag the post. That was a huge gamechanger! Also, applying the law of assumption to shifting has helped a lot too, the law is the key to shifting. As long as you keep affirming and persisting no matter what that you will shift then you will inevitably shift no matter what. You don’t need to believe to shift you can even shift with doubts just keep telling yourself that shifting is easy and effortless no matter what and that you will shift no matter what. Remove old nail polish
Soak feet in a foot bath prepared with salts

What is shifting?
Shifting is simply a state of shifting your consciousness/ awareness to a different reality Where your consciously in a different reality but your actual body stays in current reality. Its just consciously moving your awareness to a desired reality.

Currently reality. it’s the reality we are physically living in now
Where can i shift to?
Absolutely anywhere. Hogwarts, game of thrones, any of your favourite tv shows or film, or a book you love it’s completely up to you
How can i shift?
Before i get onto any kind of techniques or method it is important to remember, like everything, shifting is down to belief and intention. Where you can shift to is down to your beliefs. How long it will take you to shift is up to you and your beliefs. And whether it’s possible for you also up to you and your beliefs.
Shifting is actually really easy when you believe it is, it’s so simple. You don’t actually need any method to do it you just need your powerful mind.
But if you want to use techniques and methods you can:
♡︎ Affirming. you can easily just affirm that you are in your dr or that you are shifting.
♡︎ Feeling your dr, you can just visualise and feel as if you are already in your dr. Use all your senses and actually feel as if you are there
♡︎ By using astral projection
♡︎ Sleep paralysis or lucid dreaming
♡︎ SATS or lullaby method

The raven method;
This is quite popular method where you lay down in a position of a starfish on your bed and start to count to 100. Usually this is done while listening to subliminals and/or saying affirmations in between each number.
The pillow method:
This is really simple method. You just write down your shifting affirmations and read them out loud just before going to bed and then slipping it under your pillow. You can also sleep with your script under your pillow too.
The eleven method:
This is where you put a bandanna or cloth over your eyes, put on some white noise, and close your eyes. With your eyes closed you imagine seeing your dr self and you walking up to them, as you meet up with your dr self imagine yourself emerging with them and becoming them. You should then wake up as your dr self in your dream reality
The train method:
Get in a comfortable position, and imagine that you are on a train to your dr. Imagine what you would see, smell, etc. Activate all your senses. And as you are on the train, repeat your affirmations. When you feel you have shifted, open your eyes.
The elevator method:
This method involves imagining yourself in an elevator heading to your dr, and on each level start repeat an affirmation and visualise something from your dr on every level. Once you have reached a level you feel like you’re ready to shift, the doors should open to your dr.
The rope method:
This one involves laying in bed and relaxing. And you’re supposed to imagine the energy around you and your body getting stronger and stronger. Start to visualise your dr, and when you are ready, begin to feel and see your consciousness leaving your body via a rope to your dr. Climb the rope until you find a portal to your dr.
The Alice in wonderland method
This method involves meditating and then laying on your back and imagining yourself sitting against a tree until someone from your dr runs past you. Imagine yourself starting to chase them until you fall down the rabbit hole. You should find a key that will unlock the door to your dr.
The heart beat method:
This involves putting a heartbeat audio under your pillow, laying on top of it, and imagining you are laying on someone chest from your dr. You can either shift when you fall asleep or imagine your dr person asking if you want to go to your dr, and then them leading you to a door that opens to your dr
The staircase method:
This one involves visualising yourself at the end of a long staircase and begin to climb them. As you climb the stairs, you should be repeating your affirmations, until you reach the top. And at that point there should be a bright light for you to walk into, and this should lead you to your dr.
The double sided staircase method:
This one is a bit like the last but you have to visualise yourself standing at the bottom of a staircase and start to climb up them. Once you are at the top, you should see a mirror. You should observe yourself intensely in the mirror and then when you’re ready to go, look behind you and their should be a door that leads to another staircase. Following this staircase down will bring you to a final door where someone from your dr is waiting and asking you if you’re ready to go to your dr. They will then lead you through to your dr.
The sleep method:
This a really easy method where you get in a drowsy state and lay in a comfortable position you prefer. And just affirm and intend that you will wake up in your dr when you fall asleep
The tea party method:
This method involves meditating before heading to bed, then start to visualise yourself having tea with your dream reality self. Before you fall asleep, you’re meant to visualize yourself standing up and telling your dr self that it’s time to go home. And then when you hug them goodbye , visualize yourself merging with them, and then you should wake up in your dr.
The cloud method:
Put on your shifting subliminals and get in a comfortable position. Whatever position you prefer, most people lay on their back for this one. And start to visualise your current reality self lying on some clouds, and your DR self is lying next to you. Imagine them grabbing your hands and interlocking theirs with yours, when all of a sudden your hands start merging with them, and they suck you in and before you can blink, you now realise you are in your dr’s body. Then you should start falling though the clouds and you should actually feel like your falling. While your falling start affirming to your self until you fall asleep. And you should wake up in your DR.

Right let’s get on to scripting:
Is it necessary to script every detail of your dr?
Nope it not. You don’t even have to even script at all. Your subconscious knows everything you desire to be in your dr so it completely unnecessary. However, if you desire to script that’s completely up to you.
If it’s unnecessary, then why do it?
It just helps a lot of people to put the thoughts on paper and make them understand their dr as a whole because some ppl can feel very cluttered by keeping everything in their mind that’s why it can be helpful to keep in your notes or a notebook.
What should i put in my script?
Anything you desire. Everything about your dr self, like appearance, personality, gender, school, family, friends, pets, hobbies, etc. And then things about your actual dr like how time works, how you get back, the character, etc.
What are the symptoms i will feel when im shifting/close to shifting ?
You can feel any of these:

♡︎ dizziness
♡︎ floating
♡︎ feeling heavy
♡︎ tingles
♡︎ headaches
♡︎ feeling like your spinning
♡︎ white lights/bright lights
♡︎ feeling people from your dr touching you
♡︎ hearing voices of people from your dr
♡︎ acting like your dr self
♡︎ dreaming of your dr
♡︎ feeling sleepy even after sleeping
♡︎ temperature changes
♡︎ smelling things from your dr
Just to say i didn’t actually feel any of these symptoms on my first try so some experiences symptoms and some don’t.

What can self concept do you for you? It can get you to manifestations quicker, make you beautiful, have people pay attention to you and pretty much automatically manifest anything for you. Once you switch your self concept to wealth, you’ll automatically manifest money. Once you see yourself as beautiful, you’ll be seen and become beautiful. It can also make people call in love with you(hence the thread name)

if you’re unsure where to start with manifesting, let me help you.
there are, in my opinion, 3 steps to manifesting anything. literally anything… (see next slide).
1. decide: decide what you want/who you want/where you want to go. you don’t have to be specific, your brain already knows what, but it just helps if you fully know what you want. for example, for a desired person do you wanna be fwb or a fully committed relationship ?
2. affirm: you don’t have to have set affirmations, but it can help for some. if you’re wanting a committed relationship you could affirm anything from ‘_ are so in love with me’ to ‘_ and i have a healthy relationship.’ whenever this desire comes to mind say an affirmation, like i said it doesn’t have to be a thing you’ve prepared. affirmations can be random, it’s all up to you. duh !
3. persist: a very important stage, a stage people hate to admit they skip. this doesn’t mean ignoring your emotions, bottling up your sadness and frustration. rather, it means even when it feels hard or ‘impossible’ you keep affirming and you keep working toward that manifestation. it is already yours ! as soon as you think it, as soon as you want it, it is yours. done and dusted.
and that’s it ! of course you can go further by using methods, which i can do a post on if wanted. 🎀
NO ONE TO CHANGE BUT SELF
-what is a state? it is a collection of thoughts, feelings, emotions, & beliefs that you identify with. it is who you are being. your I AM
you are ALWAYS in a state. we go in & out of states ALL day. there are INFINITE realities & YOU choose what state to occupy. when we say that creation is finished that is exactly what it means. you do not have to create anything. there's a version of you that is rich & one that is poor. one in a loving relationship & one where you are single. being a good student or a bad student. having your dream job or a job you hate. etc. YOU get to CHOOSE which state you experience. if you can see something in your mind & think what it would be like to experience those things, then it is possible. imagination is the only reality. nothing can happen unless it is experienced in imagination FIRST.
how do i get into a state?
decide what you want to manifest
fulfill yourself in imagination to get into the wish fulfilled
how do i get into the wish fulfilled?
you could just say "i am in the state" or "i am in the wish fulfilled" & you're in it! it is as easy as intending to be in it
use methods to help maintain the state
affirming- pick a few affirmations that help you to capture the feeling (knowing) that your desire is a fact in imagination. (how do i feel now that i have my desire? what would i be thinking if i had my desire?) whatever answer you had to those questions, would be great affirmations! make them yourself. don't ask someone to make some for you. affirmations should be NATURAL to YOU. affirming is not something that should be forced. there is a BIG difference between having natural thoughts & forcing yourself to think structured sentences. you do NOT need to affirm 24/7. why? bc that is not NATURAL & you were not doing that before you found out about the law. also, affirmations DO NOT get you into the state, they are a technique that is used to MAINTAIN the state of wish fulfilled. personally, when i enter the wish fulfilled, i feel calm, peaceful, and content. i feel the inner KNOWING that my desire is fulfilled (bc it is) and thoughts come to me NATURALLY. thoughts come from your state, so they are a great indicator to help you know which state you're in.
visualizing- spend time in imagination. (what would a a day look like with my desire?) visualize where you want to be/what you want to experience. visualize a scene that implies that you have your desire. keep doing this until you have the feeling that it is a fact in your imagination.
scripting- write a diary entry. describe what a day would look like with your desire. get as detailed as you want. you are the author.
inner conversations- this can kind of go together with visualizing. talk to someone in imagination about your desire, talk to the person you desire, or imagine someone congratulating you for obtaining your desire.
SATS (state akin to sleep)- do this as you're about to fall asleep. visualize one scene that implies that you have your desire on a loop until you fall asleep. feel the scene to be real (bc it is). neville talked about this A LOT in his work & was his favorite method. he always said to fall asleep in the wish fulfilled.
lullaby method- create a short phrase that indicates you have your desire. neville suggested phrases such as "thank you" "it is finished" "it is done" i personally like to use the phrase "it is mine" bc it is more natural to me. say the short phrase of your choice over & over until you fall asleep knowing it is a fact. now when i say "say it over & over" i do NOT mean to say it like a robot. FEEL THEM. personally when i do this, i say the phrase slowly & calmly to myself to REMIND myself that it is done & is A FACT.
key takeaway from methods: do whatever is natural to you. do not have the mindset of doing them to get something. you are just reminding yourself of what you already have. you must have it in imagination first to get it in the 3d, so if you have the mindset of "i am gonna do xyz method to get my desire" i'm sorry but it will not work
persist- keep going back to the wish fulfilled. stay faithful to your imagination.
do i have to stay in the state all day?
NO! go back to the state whenever you think about your desire. it is NOT about how long you are in a state but the frequency (amount of times you go back to it) ex: if you think about your desire 5 times a day, but 3 of those times you are thinking from a state of lack (not having it), while the other 2 are the state of wish fulfilled. the state of lack is your dwelling state (which is what you will see in the 3d)
is manifestation really instant?
YES! what you are experiencing right now in the 3d is your CURRENT dwelling state. how do you change it? by going within & leaving the 3d alone. once you have made your desire state your dwelling place, it will instantly be reflected in the 3d. the 3d is simply showing you who you are being/identifying as. this is why we tell you that you have to change yourself first. the outer world is a mirror to our inner world. why would you expect to see rainbows & sunshine in your 3d, when your 4d is lightning & thunder? how could you see a change of clothes, unless you changed them yourself first? once you change, the rest will follow. it is LAW.
how do i know if i fell out of the state?
you may be checking the 3d, worrying, or having opposing thoughts. again, THOUGHTS ARE THOUGHTS. they are NOT what manifests. they have no power over you unless you give them power. don't identify (accept them as true) & let them pass. since your state manifests, a few silly thoughts that you don't accept as true mean NOTHING
how do i get back into the state if i fell out of it?
intend to go back & use the methods i described above to maintain the state
what do we mean by feeling?
feeling ≠ emotion. it is the KNOWING. you may feel calm, happy, peaceful, relief, etc. it is NOT some groundbreaking euphoric moment. it is NATURAL. you are in a dwelling state for EVERY aspect of your life (love, school, work, career, finances, etc.) so feeling your desire to be real, is not going to be some rainbow explosion. you know a lot of other things to be real that you are not placing as much focus on, so your desire is no different.
i stopped desiring it?
ex: you got a new pair of shoes. when you first got them you were excited to wear them. as the days went on, the "spark" kind of went away. it's not that you weren't excited to wear them, but you got used to having them & KNOW that they are yours
ex: once you start dating someone, you are excited to text them good morning and to hang out with them. over this, this becomes normal & expected. ofc you're going to be texting & hanging out with the person you're dating.
you may stop desiring your desire bc you KNOW that you have it. it's normal for you to have your desire. how could you continue desiring something you already have? that's like saying you want the pair of shoes you are wearing right now.
summary
STOP being a slave to your senses. shut the 3d out bc it is a reflection of your past dwelling state. since you're going to the wish fulfilled & thinking of your desire in your favor, the 3d doesn't matter. it is NOT who you are anymore. once your dwelling state is the wish fulfilled, it will reflected in the 3d INSTANTLY. stop bringing up the past bc it only exists in your mind. go within & fulfill your inner man. you desire something? see it in your imagination. want to talk to someone? have an inner convo or visualize talking to them. want to hang out with someone? do it in imagination. everything stems from imagination. it will not fail you. the world is a mirror that is reflecting who you are being. as within, so without. you MUST change FIRST to see the change in the outer world. there is nothing & no one to change but self.
THE REALITY YOU ARE EXPERIENCING RIGHT NOW IS THE RESULTS OF YOUR PERSISTED PAST THOUGHTS.
IF YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE NEW REALITY, THEN YOU HAVE TO PRESIST IN THE NEW THOUGHTS OF YOUR NEW REALITY.
THAT MEAN
NEW THOUGHTS = NEW REALITY
THERE IS LITERALLY NOTHING RIGID IN YOUR REALITY (EX. 24 HRS IN A DAY) BUT THEY SEEM RIGID CAUSE YOUR THOUGHTS ARE RIGID.
IF YOU JUST PRESIST IN A NEW THOUGHTS (EX. 48 HRS IN A DAY) THEN THAT WILL BE YOUR NEW REALITY.
EVERYTHING IN YOUR REALITY IS ORIGINATED FROM YOU PRESISTED THOUGHTS THAT MEANS JUST BY THINKING DIFFERENT THOUGHTS YOU CAN LITERALLY CHANGE YOUR REALITY.
WE ARE ALWAYS MANIFESTING THAT MEANS YOU CANT FUCKING STOP MANIFESTING. SO WHY DON'T MANIFEST YOUR DREAM LIFE
THERE IS LITERALLY NO PROCESSS OF MANIFESTING ANYTHING (UNLESS YOU THINK THAT WAY) THAT MEANS YOU CAN SPEAK & UNDERSTAND ANY LANGUAGE WITHOUT EVER ACTUALLY LEARNING THAT LANGUAGE OR YOU CAN BE A MATH GENIUS WITHOUT EVER TOUCHING A MATH'S BOOK.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO FUCKING WORRY ABOUT BEING SPECIFIC ABOUT YOUR MANIFESTATION CAUSE YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND/HIGHER SELF KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT CAUSE THEY ARE YOU, THEY NOT SOMETHING SEPERATE FROM YOU. THEY ARE YOU.
JUST REMEMBER THAT ONLY PRESISTED THOUGHTS MANIFEST IN YOUR REALITY, SO DON'T WORRY IF YOU GET NEGATIVE THOUGHTS ONCE IN A WHILE.
YOU ALREADY HAVE WHAT YOU WANT IN YOUR 4D WORLD, THAT MEANS YOU'RE NOT IN THE PROCESS OF MANIFESTING ANYTHING.
YOU'RE JUST BEING CONSCIOUS OF WHAT YOU WANT IN YOUR 4D REALITY, SO THAT'S WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO PRESIST IN YOUR NEW REALITY.
THE MOMENT YOU START BEING CONSCIOUS OF YOUR NEW REALITY, THE OLD REALITY YOU SEE IN FRONT OF YOU HAS ALREADY DIED(SO WHY WOULD YOU REACT OR WORRY ABOUT YOUR OLD DEAD REALITY & REACTING TO YOUR DEAD REALITY MOST OF THE TIME IS LIKE GIVING LIFE TO A DEAD).
IF YOU EVER HAVE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS, JUST KNOW THAT THAT IS YOUR DEAD REALITY'S THOUGHTS, STOP RIGHT THERE TELL YOURSELF - "THAT'S MY DEAD REALITY'S THOUGHTS, CAUSE I HAVE ALREADY WHAT I WANT IN MY REALITY".
