HEY AMERICANS. "COCONUT" IS NOT A SLUR. It's an insult brown people use to call other brown people when they're acting like a white person. Any person of colour can use it, including Black people. It's free speech, not hate speech. Harris's supporters use it because of her anecdote that became a meme, which is fine because it isn't an insult in that context, and only amuses South Asians at worst. You can do whatever you want with it but stop saying it's a slur when fucking Rishi Sunak literally had a South Asian woman arrested for calling his band of merry brown Tory demons "coconuts". The only reason someone would call it a slur is extreme butthurt.
Also the lotus is a symbol of both India's ethnofascist BJP and Sri Lanka's SLPP parties. Please reject that as an alternative as well.
Stop spreading misinformation before you give white people the idea to turn it into a slur. Reblog this.
Willow may have only graced our screens for a short time but I hope it's presence left an impact on the fantasy genre. I would love to see more fantasy shows that are less dark and gritty and more fun and adventurous, less a reflection of our own world and more a form of magical escapism.
I want to see more swashbuckling swordfights, more fantastical magical creatures, enchanted worlds and epic quests. Also more fantasy that doesn't take itself too seriously or feel the need to be "historically accurate" for the sake of drama cause god forbid a character get a happy ending these days.
Also I just want Willow back, GIVE IT BACK TO ME DISNEY
No but nimona is the perfect queer fantasy futuristic shapeshifter
