how bakugou would react to his child telling his mom to shut up?
Katsuki has always had his doubts when it came to parenthood. However the first day he held his baby boy to his chest after his birth, he felt all his fears disappear in thin air. The comfortable weight of his tyke somehow was enough to silence his fears of being a good father.
When he found his little brat inherited the same quirk as him, he was over the moon. Their bond only grew stronger and stronger through their endless training and practice at his agency. After all, if Katsuki was anything, he was a family man.
With his son growing in a young adolescent, Katsuki could see only more of himself in his boy. The same brash attitude he once strutted around the campus of his middle school. Their mannerisms hardly differed as they sat discussing on the couch, his sweet little wife tucked under his arm.
"This is heaven" He couldn't help but think. There he was, living a life his younger self could never have imagined. Yet this was all he needed. The most important two people of his life, right here with him. The explosive pro hero's train of thought was rudely interrupted however by the loud sneer of his son.
"Shut it mom- we're busy"
The words that left his son's mouth in a fleeting moment, left a bitter look on Katsuki's face. How could Katsuki ever miss the way his wife tensed under his arm, a look at her and he would have seen the tears that rushed to her lash line. However he didn't know if he was strong enough to see that at the moment.
Had he not been holding his wife to his side, he would have flown into a rage. Katsuki loved his boy to pieces, but his wife had been the one to teach him how to love. His wife had stuck out his explosiveness, all the crude remarks and his constant hot and cold behavior throughout his UA years, and made herself a home in his heart. So no matter who it was, Katsuki wasn't gonna have it.
"What did you say, brat!"
Katsuki snaps back, his voice dangerously low as if daring his son to try to repeat himself. Holding his wife protectively to his side, his thumb subconsciously rubs circles on her arm in an attempt to comfort her, while his teen could only look at him dumbfounded. Frozen still in place for Katsuki was never like this at home, his anger never directed towards him especially.
"Dad I-"
"Apologize. Now."
Katsuki said coldly. He wasn't the one for any dumb excuses and his son's malicious tone towards his wife wasn't something he was just gonna tolerate.
"Katsu, it's okay"
He could hear his wife mumble softly, her warm hand pressed his chest, coaxing him gently to let go of the matter. He was only a teenager after all, isn't this what they do, his wife believed. Katsuki however, didn't believe the same. Had the remark been directed towards Katsuki he would have let go of it, getting back to him a crude comment of himself, but this was his sweet little wife. He couldn't even remember one instance of her raising her voice to discipline their son, she's always been kind and gentle in her parenting methods, offering only the utmost support. So no, it wasn't okay in eyes Katsuki's eyes.
"I'm sorry mom... I shouldn't have done that. I didn't- ..mean to"
His son replies, his head hung shamefully as he takes a moment to reflect what he had just done. Katsuki had raised him to be gentleman through and through. Every step of the way, reminding him how his mother deserved only the best in the world. So for him to snap at his mom was out of character for him, but he would say the stress of school and preparing for UA was getting to him, resulting in him snapping at the only person his heart trusted not to hate him for it.
"Try that once more and we'll have long talk about it. And I can promise you the next time we train you won't have it easy"
Katsuki threatens lightly, knowing he had the little smack to his chest coming as his wife chuckled shyly as his protective instinct. Maybe he meant it, but his wife didn't have to know that he wasn't kidding. Of course he would never hurt his own son, but of course he could tire him out until his body had no energy to snap at his own mother of all people.
His wife's chuckle however was enough to lighten the air around them. The little bakugou earning a little tug on his ear to make sure he understood his lesson. All the while he smiled sheepishly, moving to sit on the floor in front of his mother, burying his head in her lap as a silent apology, seeking her reassurance.
Katsuki could have been the strongest damn hero to exist, but again, he was only a family man after all and the sight was enough to soften his iron heart. His wife tucked under his arm, rubbing the head of his now teen boy.
"brat"
Katsuki mumbles softly, tucking his wife's under his chin as he starts his earful lecture for his son about his wife being 'the most damn amazing woman on earth' and how he needs to do better he's gonna be a true bakugou, because in this family, we love our only woman.
That night, Katsuki slept with his head tucked in his wife's neck, whispering sorry's for not being a good father enough for this to happen in the first place. His worries however were soothed with an array of kisses on any skin his wife could reach, all pressed with a "you're the best father our baby could have had".
p.s. thank you soooooo much for the ask! I had so much fun writing this. I hope you like it <33
kickin my feet and shi thinkin abt husband! katsuki not leaving without his goodbye kiss from his wife, even after an argument.
you stood by the kitchen counter with your arms crossed, still fuming from the argument that had erupted the night before.
katsuki, equally stubborn, was getting ready for work, his movements a little harsher than usual as he shoved his phone into his pocket and grabbed his keys.
neither of you had really spoken since the fight. it was stupid, really—something about schedules and plans.
"gotta go."
you heard the jingle of his keys as he walked toward the door. for a moment, you thought he was just going to leave. good. let him leave. maybe a day apart would cool both of you down.
but then, he just stopped.
you didn’t turn around, but you felt his presence by the door, unmoving. you were about to glance over your shoulder when his voice broke the silence.
“where’s my kiss?”
your heart stuttered. slowly, you turned to face him. "excuse me?"
"you heard me," katsuki grumbled, his ears tinged pink. "you always give me a kiss before i leave. so... where is it?"
your lips parted in disbelief. “we just argued for the whole night and you want a kiss?"
"yeah, and? doesn’t mean you can skip it."
the audacity. the nerve. you opened your mouth to tell him off, but the stubborn, almost childlike look on his face made your resolve crack.
he was dead serious. this man could be furious with you—could spend hours brooding in stony silence—but he still needed his goodbye kiss like it was a non-negotiable part of his day.
"katsuki, i’m still pissed at you."
"and i’m still pissed at you," he shot back, brows furrowing. "but we don’t leave without a goodbye kiss. that’s our thing and i’m not leavin’ without it."
he looked genuinely annoyed—and not just because of the argument.
ever since you’d started dating, no matter how bad the fight, you never let each other leave without a kiss. this was the kind of annoyance he reserved for things that threw him off his routine.
and apparently, your daily goodbye kiss was part of that routine.
still, you stayed put, stubborn as fuck. he shifted, gripping the keys tightly in his hand like it was the only thing stopping him from marching across the room.
you saw the conflict flash in his eyes—pride battling something softer.
"just...” he finally muttered, voice low and rough. “c’mere. please.”
that single, reluctant please just broke you.
with an exasperated sigh, you stomped over to him. he watched you carefully, guarded but hopeful. you stopped just inches away, folding your arms.
“this doesn’t mean i’m not still mad,” you mumbled.
“i know,” he said softly.
you placed your hands on his chest and stood on your tiptoes, giving him a quick, chaste kiss on the lips. or at least, you tried to. as you pulled away, his hand shot out, cupping the back of your neck.
“oi,” he said, voice losing its earlier irritation. “that ain’t a real kiss.”
you glared up at him, ready to argue, but the intensity in his eyes made your heart stutter. his thumb brushed the side of your neck as his grip softened.
"even if we fight," he muttered, voice lower now, "i still love ya. and i still want my kiss."
your chest tightened. damn him for being sweet after pissing you off.
you leaned in again, pressing your lips to his more firmly this time. he responded immediately, mouth warm against yours, his hand cupped the back of your head, deepening the kiss.
it wasn’t soft or tentative—it was desperate, almost punishing. his teeth scraped your bottom lip, and his tongue pushed into your mouth like he was trying to kiss the fight right out of you.
when you pulled away, his expression had softened, the hard lines of frustration melting into something quieter.
"i love you." he kissed your forehead, then straightened. “well?”
you raised an eyebrow. “well, what?”
his gaze darkened. “say it.”
you roll your eyes dramatically. "say what?"
his jaw clenched. "say you love me too. you don’t get to leave me hangin’ after all that kissin’ shit.”
a smirk tugged at your lips. oh, he was really fishing for it now. “i love you too, okay?”
the words barely left your mouth before his hand shot out, grabbing you by the waist and pulling you toward him.
"good," he muttered, before slamming his lips against yours in a another kiss that left you breathless. it wasn’t sweet or gentle—it was hungry, desperate, like he was trying to make up for lost time.
“wait, katsuki, you’re gonna be late—” you gasped against his mouth as his hands roamed down your body.
“fuck work. i’m late anyway," you tried to speak again, but he kissed you so hard it left no room for words.
the argument? forgotten. work? completely irrelevant. all that mattered was the way he was making you feel in that moment, pulling you closer, making your head spin.
his hands tugged at your clothes with an urgency that told you he wasn’t planning on letting you go anytime soon.
“got better things to do while my girl is pissed at me.”
‧₊˚✧[ it's me, kia ! ]✧˚₊‧ 。゚•┈꒰ა ♡ ໒꒱┈• 。゚ ‧₊˚✧[ more of katsuki ! ]✧˚₊‧
⋆˚࿔ kia's note ˚⋆ hi everyone!! js wanna put this out as a thank you for the 2k follows, oh my gosh i am beyond happy i made it this far. hope yall stick around for more^^
x gn!reader ! cuddling in the cold, itadori touches your buttocks, he calls you hot, that's it really...
author's note: um i had this idea in my head but i didnt know who to write for also kinda rushed because i cba
"baby..." itadori's voice is severely muffled from his lips being pressed against your neck. "it's cold."
you're both facing each other in bed, his arms securely wrapped around your waist and yours just resting on his chest. though it's september, it's not usual for the temperature to drop in such a sudden way.
it's a weird contrast, the way it's so cold outside while it's so warm under the blanket. it makes you want to shrink further into it, but your boyfriend's presence just makes you a tad more reluctant to even move at all.
with only a small hum coming from you, your fingers fiddle with his hoodie strings. it only takes a short time for him to get sulky when you don't respond with words, so you mumble back. "i know, that's why we're cuddling."
he wiggles his legs a bit, which are already tangled with yours. you were half bracing yourself for him to be cold to the touch, but he's just warm. he's always so warm.. how? "it's colddd..." he complains again.
his arms around you tighten a bit, making it slightly harder to breathe, but you know that he just does it subconsciously. "i want hot chocolate.." he murmurs.
by chance, you manage to pick up on his words, your arms moving to wrap around his neck. "you already had some, yuji." shifting closer, you rest your head close to his. not to close that your cheeks are touching, not too far that you can see each other.
itadori remains silent, a small huff coming from him, like he knows better than to argue with you. he's so clingy. and a baby, sometimes. he's acting like you didn't feed him the most filling dinner ever. his favourite too! and hot chocolate on top of that? he should know that's enough. but that pouting expression gets to your weak heart, so you shift around a bit.
you could hear him softly groan, likely from the way your legs move to intertwine with his more, and the way your body heat is now pushed directly up against his. with ease, he nuzzles his face further into your shoulder, hiding it completely. "mhm..." he hums, and you can feel the vibrations of it against your skin.
your fingers curl around his messy locks, and you admire the seemingly natural pink colour as best you can with the minimal light. "mhm what?" you inquire, confused since you didn't ask him a question.
"nevermind the hot chocolate..." his voice is barely comprehensible. "i got something hot right here."
"...you need to specify."
"i mean it both ways. you're hot, and you're hot."
you can only sigh, rolling your eyes. if you didn't find his stupid comments so adorable, and charming, you would've thrown a pillow at him. but unfortunately since you're cuddling, you just allow the cheesy comments to slip by. like usual.
"i hate you." you mutter.
he only responds with a chuckle. "no, you love me."
"i do..." you sigh again. his arms around you loosen up slightly, and one of his hands starts roaming a little.
it's quiet for a while, after itadori's giddy chuckles of course. despite how dark it is, you struggle to keep your eyes closed, feeling your eyelids shake whenever you try, as if you're tense. the only view you really have is his hair shoved in your face, but either way, you don't mind.
being the handsy guy he is, there's not a single spot where he hasn't touched you. shoulder, back, hips, waist, thighs, everywhere. a little thought in your head was telling you they were destined to end up elsewhere, and you're surprised it hasn't happened yet.
or maybe you spoke too soon.
you can feel both of his hands move down to your behind, holding them there like he would if he was carrying you. in feigned annoyance, your lips purse a bit, not that he'd be able to see it anyway. "that's my butt."
itadori giggles, almost sounding snarky in nature. "mhm. your butt." he gives it a light squeeze in emphasis, before starting to rub it with his thumbs. the action is so simple, yet to you it feels so... intimate, loving. in a way that sends a little heat to your cheeks with a red hue that would definitely be visible.
but of course, you let it slide.
there's a few moments of silence that pass, and you're left almost thinking he fell asleep. but his gentle words soon break it, and his one of his hands finds yours, gripping lightly. "i love you... a lot..." he mumbles again, but the words are a lot more clearer this time, and a lot more sincere. a common practice of his that he does right before he drifts off to sleep.
"i love you too. a lot." you whisper back, shuffling as close as you can get to him.
gentle reassurances — k. bakugou
a/n: katsuki can stay mad at a lot of people for a long time. you are most certainly not one of them.
“come here.”
there was no frustration or annoyance in his voice, breaking the tense silence between the two of you as you stood on opposite sides of the kitchen. the words he spoke were soft and calmer than they were just moments ago, and you knew he was putting in careful effort to keep it that way.
you stood there watching him for a few seconds, quiet. he couldn't read the warring emotions on your face as the two of you held eye contact, and for a moment, katsuki was so afraid that you weren't going to come to him—that you were going to turn around and leave him standing there alone with his arms open. that you would leave the argument unfinished, unresolved.
his worries disappeared, however, when you crossed the gap and stepped into his waiting arms. you breathed in his familiar scent as you wrapped your arms around him. he did the same as he buried his face in your hair and closed his eyes. he took a long, deep breath.
you were the first to speak. "i'm sorry. i shouldn't have yelled at you."
your voice was muffled against the fabric of his shirt, but his heart gave a squeeze nonetheless. you could feel his head shake against yours, one of his hands moving up and down your back.
"don't apologize," he mumbled, his voice equally as hushed. "i'm the one who came in annoyed. you did nothing wrong. it's just—" he took another deep, steadying breath. "it's been a long day. for both of us."
you hummed against him, not moving from your spot in his chest. "still, it wasn't right for me to yell back at you. i should've given you space when you came in."
katsuki frowned at that, pulling back just enough to look at you as his hands slid down to your waist. "space? why the hell do you think i'd need space from you?" he asked, brows furrowed.
you avoided eye contact, choosing instead to focus on a loose string from the hem of his shirt. katsuki stared at you for a moment before taking your hands in his.
"hey, look at me," he said. again, his voice carried no hint of anger or annoyance at your actions, just gentle reassurance. "you are the one person i will never—ever—need space from, you hear me?"
you knew this tone of voice. it was one he only ever used for you. katsuki wasn't a liar, you knew that—especially not when speaking like this.
he waited silently, watching you nod your head. he pulled you close again, kissing the top of your head.
"i love you, okay? today was long, and...and i shouldn't have yelled, but i never need space from you, alright?" he kissed your head again. "so don't think like that."
you closed your eyes, feeling his chest rumble as he spoke.
"i love you, too, kats." you leaned your head up. "can we go to bed now?"
you smiled at the chuckle he let out, feeling his body reverberate again. he gave you a squeeze, burying his head in the crook of your neck.
"for fucks sake, yes please. i'm exhausted." he placed a soft kiss on your neck, then smiled at you.
"no more arguing, okay? not worth arguing over stupid shit like this, anyway. not with you."
"oh, so you'd argue with someone else over stupid shit?" you teased.
he bit back a smile. "shut up. you know what i mean. no more fighting."
you smiled, kissing him. when you pulled back, he swore he could see the stars.
"no more fighting," you concluded, feeling contentment wash over the both of you.

yes situationship w katsuki!!!!
(a.k.a. the slowest slow burn of your life because this man is emotionally constipated but obsessed with you)
Denial, Denial, Denial Bakugo refuses to acknowledge that you two are in a situationship. He’ll scoff and say, "Tch, we’re just close, dumbass," while literally walking you to class, bringing you your favorite snacks, and giving you his hoodie when you complain about the AC.
Acts Like Your Boyfriend, But Won’t Admit It Will glare at any guy who flirts with you. Will put his arm around your chair when someone’s getting too close. But if you call him out on it, he just grumbles.
"You hungry?" Instead of asking you on actual dates, he just texts "You hungry?" and drags you to eat with him. Bonus points if it’s late at night and you’re in sweats—he thinks it’s cute but would rather die than say it.
Touch Starved but in Denial Will casually touch you—a hand on your lower back when guiding you somewhere, knee brushing yours under the desk, a firm grip on your wrist when dragging you along. If you pull away just to tease him, he gets irrationally annoyed.
He’s Always Looking for You He won’t admit it, but his eyes always scan the room for you first. If you’re not in class, he notices. If you’re not at lunch, he’s grumbling under his breath, acting like he doesn’t care.
Gets Jealous but Won’t Say It If someone makes you laugh a little too much, he’ll suddenly get so irritated. Will probably glare at them and then pull you away. Who does that extra even think he is, anyways?
Would Kill for You, But Casually If someone ever disrespects you, he’s already rolling up his sleeves. "I'll blow their ass to America, or you wanna handle it first?"
Sleeps Better When You’re Around If you ever fall asleep next to him, even if it’s just leaning against his shoulder during a movie, he’s so still, afraid to move. And if you ever sleep in his bed? He pretends it’s annoying but sleeps like a baby that night.
He’s Down Bad, But Clueless Kirishima and Kaminari constantly tease him about how obvious his feelings are. He just scowls and says, "Piss off. We’re not dating." But if you so much as look at someone else for too long? He’s about ready to combust.
The Final Straw One day, after months of dancing around each other, you tease him: "What, do you actually like me or something?" expecting his usual 'Tch, in your dreams' response. But instead, he just stares at you, jaw clenched, eyes burning—before grabbing your wrist and muttering, "Yeah. I do. So what?" And that’s when the situationship ends—because now, it’s real.
"we should have brought bread," your boyfriend signs to you with a frown, his eyes on the ducks waddling just a few feet away. you and katsuki had left the house just before sunset to relax by the lake on a wooden bench and enjoy the view as the ducks ran around.
you hum, latching onto his arm. "next time." you mouth to him, pecking his chin.
katsuki exhales, nodding lightly. he wraps his beefy arm around you, pulling you into his warm figure. he feels the breeze whisper against you both, some of your hair blowing into his face. he scrunches up his nose at the ticklish sensation, pushing your hair back down as you grin up at him.
you readjust yourself a bit so you can raise both hands. "the ducks are loud." you tell him, mouthing the words as you sign.
he rolls his eyes, actually thankful he's unable to hear. he knows he can speak to you verbally, he doesn't have to stay quiet. it's an odd thing though... he prefers to not say anything. he's comfortable the way everything is. especially in moments like these, where words aren't even enough to describe what he's feeling.
katsuki turns his head to look back at you, not even a bit surprised that you're already staring at him intently. he can't even fight the little grin that makes its way onto his face. he brings up his fingers, doing the "cmere" movement as you lean forward and he grabs your chin, pulling you into a gentle kiss.
۪ ݁ 𓈒♡ㅤthinking about him rn what if i sob
life gets better. dont get into jujutsu kaisen
you and katsuki weren’t dating or anything, but it didn’t seem like the two of you were just friends either. maybe a secret third thing?
now that you think about it, you and katsuki were unusually close. but you’ve always just thought it was casual, right? just friendly things that friends do?
like, he’ll always find a way to touch you. if the two of you are walking through a crowded hallway at school, you’ll feel his hand resting on your back, just to keep you close as the crowd pushes through.
or sometimes, when the class goes on a field trip, he makes sure he gets to sit next to you.
you’ll immediately feel the warmth of his thigh pressing against yours as he plops down in the seat next to you, your shoulder brushing against each others.
“here,” katsuki says, shoving a protein bar into your hands. “i know ya’ didn’t eat anything yet, idiot.”
“thanks katsuki, how’d you know?” you ask him, opening it up.
he shrugs. “‘cause i pay attention. no big deal.”
you hummed in response as you gazed at the two of your legs still touching. katsuki didn’t seem to mind it at all. there was just something so domestic about it all. even when sometimes you’d lay your head on his shoulder, on purpose just to mess with him, it wouldn’t work because he always let you.
you and katsuki were laying on the couch in the common area together, and you suddenly decided to lean back on him, your back to his chest.
you expected for him to at least give you some attitude, since he never lets anyone touch him. you know he hates it. weirdly enough, he didn’t say anything. in fact, you felt him shift closer to you, getting comfortable.
“aw, you’re really not gonna push me away? thought you hated people touching you?”
he snaps, “whatever,” before draping his arm around your shoulder, pulling you even closer.
everyone knows bakugou doesn’t have many people he would consider his friend. maybe except one person.
kirishima had been noticing how different his best friend had been acting, and he just had to bring it up.
“leave me alone, shitty hair”
“dude, you spend almost all of your time with her!”
“your point?”
“you like her.”
katsuki scoffs, “shut the hell up.”
“just saying, man.” kirishima nudges him, “its funny”
katsuki glared at him. “what’s fucking funny?”
kirishima gave him a look. “the way you act like it isn’t a thing.”
“you’re fucking annoying.”
“maybe. but im right, huh?” he teases.
he doesn’t answer right away, instead, he hesitates and scoffs.
“that wasnt a no.” kirishima smiles at him.
“i said, leave me alone.” katsuki says before storming off.
the next day, it was rainy after school, and of course katsuki was waiting for you by the doors with an umbrella so the two of you could walk back to the dorms.
his face softens when he sees you, and he grabs your bag, tossing it over his shoulder like he always does, before opening the umbrella waiting for you to step under it.
“took ya’ long enough,” he says as you two begin walking in the rain. “thought i was gonna be here waitin’ all day”
“you waited for me?”
“duh. knew you wouldn’t have an umbrella.” he shifts closer to you naturally, “and i always walk you back to your dorm don’t i?”
“yeah, but, dunno, it’s just kinda sweet.” you say softly.
he scoffs, “like i was gonna leave your dumbass.”
you nod and feel your heart jump at his words. was this casual? the thought of this possibly being something more had been eating at you all week, and you just had to speak up.
“y’know, people think we’re dating.”
he looks down at you, then grumbles, “so what?”
“what, you dont care? you’re not gonna.. i dunno, deny it?” you ask, gazing at him.
he just kind of pauses and shrugs, and you swear you notice a slight blush on his cheeks. “let ‘em think whatever they want.”
you blinked in surprise. really? was that it? no argument? before you could make any sense of it, or say anything back, he just grabbed your hand, intertwining his fingers with yours, the touch unexpected, but so so familiar.
you didn’t end up saying anything else, and neither did he. the two of you just continued walking, hand in hand.

HIII I love ur smaus and the way you write the characters are just ,,,,,jdjdjdjjs anwyas,, could u mayhaps pls do a Bakugou x romantically oblivious reader?? I just think the dynamic would be hilarious LOLL !! ty and hope u have a great day/night!! :)) <33
bakugo is very obviously into you. you think he's just a strangely intense friend.
dog trainer!bkg is a hypocrite.
you should’ve known the moment you signed up for private training sessions, that it was going to be.. interesting. to say the least.
“don’t give in,” he barks, arms folded over his chest as he watches you struggle with your puppy, who is currently attempting to climb into your lap instead of sitting obediently like instructed. “you gotta be firm, or they’re gonna walk all over you.”
you nod, straightening up and clearing your throat as you roll a treat between your fingers, rough texture pressing into your skin as you shift it from palm to palm. with a flick of your wrist, you toss it up, catching it again with ease, the motion second nature now. your puppy’s eyes track the movement, tail thumping against the floor. “okay. sit.”
it wags its tail, tilting its head. cute. so cute.
bakugo sees your resolve faltering almost immediately. “don’t you dare.”
“I’m not!” you insist, but the puppy nudges your knee with its nose, and you cave — hands instinctively reaching down to scratch its ears.
“oi,” he warns, shaking his head as he pinches his nose bridge. the ever present image of disappointment.
and as if the universe has a personal vendetta against him, there’s a sudden, sharp bark from behind the gate. you turn just in time to see a fat, spoiled looking golden retriever staring with wide, expectant eyes.
“the hell do you want, huh?” bakugo grumbles, but his voice is softer, hand already fumbling in his pocket. and when the dog bounds over and nudges his leg, he sighs before slipping it a treat.
your jaw hangs. “you can’t be serious.” “shut up.”
his dog wags its tail, clearly pleased, while your own puppy watches, as if taking mental notes for future reference. bakugo, meanwhile, refuses to meet your eyes, instead crouching down to pet both dogs instead. so you smirk. “do I get a treat, too?”
he scoffs, looking now. “only if you behave.”
