After this episode confirmed my theory on how Janus is actually a good side (bc all the sides just want what’s best for Thomas) I decided to draw a semi pixilated drawing of him

This is Rhys, my 2 year old cat

You can do whatever you want with him, he never bites or scratches anyone and he loves playing fetch and sucking on soft plushy blankets

Another cat has bitten him and gave him this bacteria called Pyo Thorax which causes fluid behind his lungs. It's a deadly condition, but thank god my mom and I noticed on time so he's now in an animal hospital where they're cleaning his lungs and

He's doing really well at the moment

Unfortuately, the bacteria won't completely be gone unless the vets do a surgery where they open up his chest and clean every little corner of the lungs so they know that all the bacteria are gone. Then again, Rhys is a strong lil man and he's doing fine so the surgery will, according to the vets, go well and he'll recover like any other cat.

But

The surgery is expensive and my mom, who has all the money for the surgery but planned on spending that money on buying new furniture for the house, thinks

"It's a waste of money to spend it all on a cat"

This is why mom wants to put him to sleep tomorrow

I'm not asking anyone here for money.

I'm asking if you can REBLOG this post to convince my mother that little Rhysie's life is worth the money and it's sad to give up on him because he is already getting so much better and he is just soo strong

If my mom still decides to put him down, let this be the post that still keeps Rhys alive on Tumblr , which is where I got his name from❤️

This is something that came up in my mind after a friend woke me up in the middle of the night... this is for the #fanderspridemeetup2019

Not only that, but then finding out that grian is cheating on him because spending time with him feels like a chore to grian.

Scar finding out that even when fate itself connects him with grian, he’s still not his first choice.

But he ignores it anyways, because spending time with grian is always amazing, even though afterwards he always cries because he knows grian will never see him as his number one, his one and only, like scar does. He cries for the endless love that his soulmate doesn’t reciprocate or appreciate.

He griefs for the innocence of not knowing he loves grian more than he loves him back.

scar being really jealous of grian’s soulmate, whoever they are, jealous that he isn’t grian’s better– or at least other– half. scar feeling a little bit victorious whenever grian spends time with him, because who needs soulmates, anyway? they have each other, and that’s enough, right? scar feeling a little prick of fear whenever he thinks about how everything will change after grian finds his soulmate.

scar knows he won’t seek out his own. they don’t matter, because they’re not him.

only for him to learn that he is grian’s soulmate. 

scar’s heart almost stops right there.

Let’s Talk about Joan

September 3rd has arrived and I am Here to celebrate Joan for Joan Appreciation Day! Because they are so talented and intelligent and deserve all the love and appreciation.

Joan works so flipping hard?? They do so much background work for the videos we know and love, and I am constantly amazed by them. 

They have a great understanding of quality story-telling. Their encouragement to Thomas to “trust the audience” when they were writing the script and filming Moving On parts 1 and 2 is something I am still learning how to do but they did so, so well?

A lot of what we currently love about the Sides wouldn’t even exist without Joan having joined the writing team with Thomas: the Sides having names being just one example of many.

Joan is to thank for some of our favorite lines, too! (”E equals MC Scared” I know is definitely Joan’s doing haha)

On top of that, they write songs??? And they’re amazing. Both “The Things We Used to Share” and “On the Borderline” were written by Joan and I honestly can’t flipping wait for the EP Thomas has been hinting at because their music is so good?? (and also can be hilarious; Joan wrote the songs in the Tweet Tunes video)

JOAN IS HILARIOUS in general I mean any video they’re in they usually make me laugh at least once they are a gem

Joan took the lead, I believe, on the design of Deceit. And to be honest, regardless of how you morally feel about Deceit as a person/concept, Deceit’s character design is brilliantly nuanced. I mean, the whole concept of him being about the lies we tell ourselves even more than the lies we tell others?? I wrote a whole rant about how much I think Deceit’s character is just brilliantly executed but the amount of thought that went into him just still amazes me and I love it?? I can’t wait but am also scared to know what other Dark Sides they’ve got in the works, because I know Joan said their favorite is yet to make an appearance.

Joan’s acting holy smokes. Elliot is such a complex character with snark and depth and emotion and I love them (Elliot) but so much of that is because of how wonderfully Joan is able to convey those complicated feelings and thoughts as Elliot like whoa

Also, they’re so reassuring and kinda inspiring in some of the things they say. Example A: “If the people around you tell you that you’re wrong for identifying the way that you do, they have no right to say that. You are the expert on yourself. You get to tell people who you are. They don’t get to tell you who you are. You’re human. And if wherever you’re from is going in a direction that doesn’t agree with who you are, that doesn’t erase you. Your voice still matters.”

Also, they’re so incredibly dedicated. Like, can we not forget that they helped edit “Why Do We Get Out of Bed in the Morning?” (animating Roman’s part of it on top of all the other edits and such that they had to do for such an edit-heavy video) while recovering from invasive surgery? 

So, in summary:

I love them.
