Where do these people come from? Is there some hole in space that vomits forth moronic, race-baiting douche canoes, whose entire existence hinges upon them "connecting all the dots" to make everything about race? Hey, if you want to change things, then start having conversations and interactions with people while neglecting skin pigment. Focusing on skin pigment is wrong any way you look at it. People should be recognized for the value they possess, not their ancestry. When you rant about race and "take up the cause" for others who did not necessarily ask you for those things, you are truly mocking them and shoving them into controversy. Let it the fuck alone! Do some good ok, instead of adding to the bad...
Something I think a lot of fantasy roleplaying fans don’t pick up on is that the reason many games’ depictions of orcs and other “monstrous races” get criticised for being racist isn’t just because they’re dark-skinned and evil.
I mean, yes, there’s that, but it’s also that a lot of the tropes that are associated with orcs and such in fantasy RPGs are literally eugenicist rhetoric – and, more specifically, anti-Black eugenicist rhetoric – with the serial numbers lightly sanded off.
Like, you ever notice how common the following elements are?
Being capable of using complex tool and weapons, but relying on raiding and pillaging to obtain them, not because they’re incapable of making them, but because they’re simply too congenitally lazy to do so
Having an intrinsic drive to despoil and corrupt the fruits of civilisation, and in particular, taking pleasure in destroying beautiful things specifically because they’re beautiful
Being treated as childishly superstitious for believing in evil spirits, even though such treatment makes no sense from a worldbuilding perspective because they live in a fantasy setting and evil ghosts are objectively real
Reproducing rapidly and reaching sexual maturity quickly, typically at an age when a human would still be a child, with great emphasis placed on the danger of them “outbreeding” civilised peoples if left unchecked
Lusting for the women of other species, resulting in all manner of twisted half-breeds; “heroic” members of their kind are typically drawn from these half-breeds, who must struggle constantly with their base natures
Seriously, a lot of this stuff is copied and pasted directly from 19th Century eugenicist screeds about the intrinsic inferiority of the Black race – they basically just scratched out the n-word and wrote in “orc”.
(And no, you can’t pass it off as folks imitating Tolkien without realising what they were doing. While Tolkien’s orcs undeniably employ racist imagery and stereotypes, there it’s mostly anti-East Asian stuff, not anti-Black stuff. The incorporation of explicitly anti-Black tropes into fantasy fiction’s depiction of orcs is a more recent development, and at least some of the folks doing it absolutely knew what they were up to.)
Mountain Dewd. Yes!

Please boost this. I have a daughter and a son, and I can but only imagine how this girl's parents and family feel at the loss of Karlie.
On the night of October 12, 2018, 16-year-old Karlie Gusé skipped a football game to attend a party with her boyfriend where, according to him, they all smoked marijuana. At around 8pm, Karlie called her stepmother, Melissa, to pick her up from a location near a trailer park. However, by the time she had arrived, Karlie already left and was running down a dark road. Melissa eventually caught up with her and Karlie slipped into the backseat, stating she thought Melissa’s car was going to kill her. Throughout the drive home, Melissa noted very paranoid behavior exhibited by her stepdaughter, such as moving seats several times. The strange behavior only progressed when they arrived at their Bishop, California, home, where Karlie resided with her father, stepmother, and siblings. Her mood kept shifting between very paranoid and very excited, and her pupils were hugely dilated, a clear indication that she was under the influence of drugs. The teen was given a salad to eat, which she had spit out and referred to as the ‘’devil’s lettuce’’. Melissa decided to record Karlie’s voice, as she intended to show her what she sounded like under the influence the following morning when she comes down from whatever possible drug that had taken over her mind.
Early on in the investigation, Melissa claimed to have routinely checked up on all the children at around 5:45 AM before going back to bed. She woke up at 9:45 and opened Karlie’s bedroom door, only to discover she wasn’t inside. Nor was she anywhere to be found inside and outside of the home. The only clue left behind was a footprint in the driveway that presumably belongs to Karlie, and the front door open ajar. However, Melissa would later change her story during a Dr. Phil interview where she stated she had slept next to Karlie in bed the whole morning and woke up in a panic when she noticed she was gone.
The missing girl was spotted by three other witnesses on that morning, appearing to be disoriented as she was walking down Ponderosa St. toward Route 6 in California, but other than that, there have been no other confirmed sightings of Karlie. The local police launched a massive search which included foot patrol, helicopters, scent dogs, and off-road vehicles, but all efforts were fruitless; it was as if the teen had vanished into thin air, not leaving a single trace to go on.
Karlie Gusé has light brown hair and blue eyes. She stands at 5′7′’ tall and weighs roughly 110 pounds. She may have been garbed in a white shirt, grey sweatpants, and Vans shoes at the time of her disappearance. If anyone has any information about Karlie Gusé’s whereabouts, please contact the Mono Country Sheriff’s Office at 760-932-7549, option 7.
Love it!

Yeah, so there's a 65% chance I have metastatic skin cancer, which may have leeched into my bones (and that means a f***ing chance of myeloma: YAY!)...
But I'm not going to dwell in that darkness. Rather, I'd like to know who, of those reading this, thinks that it is possible to defeat cancer through faith and natural medicine. Please say yea or nay in the comments and a brief reasoning why you answered as you did. Cheers!
Love. It.
Said a white supremacist with over 50 years in Congress trying to prove his alleged supremacy. If you doubt that, research his Congressional voting records pertaining to desegregation of schools, bussing, the justice system, and federal criminal codes. The records don't lie (until those, too, become no longer valid and tolerated by our questionable leaders), even though this demented man probably thinks of himself as some kind of saintly patriarch. The absurdity of this whole administration is that Kamala Harris said these same things out loud when she campaigned during the 2020 Democrat primary season, but suddenly, after being tapped in a wholly politicized manner to be the VP, she clammed up and made nice with Super White Joe Biden. So this type race-baiting "journalism" being pumped out by USA Today, the Washington Post, the NY Times, and other questionable news sources is just disgusting.
This might seem farfetched, but considering the deliberate efforts by the mayor of LA to handicap firefighters at the same time as water resources were cut off, redirected,or otherwise rendered useless, including hydrants, with those moves authorized by California state leadership, it bears looking at deeper. Maybe Maui was the final readiness test...
Satellite footage shows all three major fires in Los Angeles, California starting at the same time.

I wish that all humans could feel the love and loyalty of a dog, the noblest and purest of God's creatures. Once you experience these gifts, you are forever changed. Peace and comfort be to you whose life has known the friendship and heart of a dog, in all ways and for always...
In honor of my dog who passed away. we experienced a lot of the same things together, so I wrote this to be read in either her, or my perspective.
I believe that Sheep Singers is a better term...
Or is that unfair to Sheep? Does it detract from the creative powers that Sheep possess and these "entertainers" don't?
