the bar you’re aiming to go over is relatively flexible, but still a bitch to hit or fall on top of. this one time I was vaulting and hit it with my foot and when I fell on the mat I landed on top of the bar, there was a purple bruise the size of my hand on my thigh and ass because I landed on top of it. it took three weeks to almost completely fade and by the time it was almost gone I managed to land on the same spot AGAIN and the bruise returned

2 year anniversary gift for my partner!!!!

We’re celebrating our anniversary today (a week and a half late) because my summer camp job kept getting in the way and I get to give this to them tonight!!! They don’t have tumblr so I know they won’t see this before I give it to them! Some of these drawings are definitely worse than others…(*cough*Garfield*cough*)

I love the NATM fandom because as soon as one person posts fanart all of the NATM blogs are rebloging it. I have the same fanart pop up on my dash six times and I love it so much! We’re such a tight knit community and it makes me so happy!!!

y’all I had a dream the other day that it was only three days til Christmas and I had bought absolutely no gifts for my friends and family and I was stressin

I have a few blogs that I follow where their owners live in the UK, and I’ve been hearing quite a lot about the election. From what I’m hearing their democracy is falling apart not too much unlike ours (stupid America) but I don’t fully understand what’s happening. I am a firm believer that in order to properly talk about or support something political you should understand the entire political situation, so could a UK blog explain what’s going on to me?

Considering my new camp name the title of this post is oddly prophetic….

Y’all the summer camp I work at gives its counselors “camp names” based off of interests, skills, jokes, stuff like that. Campers call you by your camp name for the funny and don’t find out your real name for the end of the week cause it’s silly and the campers have a bunch of fun trying to guess your real name, and because this is my first year working here I had yet to receive a camp name until….my bestie gave me the camp name Octavius!!!!! I’m super excited for kids to call me Octavius all summer and to be able to explain the NATM lore to them!!!! /srs

The poll will be up for a week but I have three days left to decide (I also have a job this summer that might keep me from doing it, so I’ll have to see if I’ll actually have time….)
