i am so excited to buy some highlighter pens to mark quotes and thing is i've never highlighted anything in my books before the most i've done so far when reading was annotations with just random remarks written with pencil but for some reason this idea has been living rent free in my head since i decided i needed tsc in physical form and i am so hyped to colour code jean's and jeremy's quotes when rereading and maybe get another extra colour for wholesome moments overall omfg what have i become

I just know Nicky would unironically call borderline everyone Maus in German like if someone gets particularly nasty bruises or sprains from Exy he'd go "oh nein du arme Maus" or he'd look at pics of jerejean when they finally get together and go "aww guckt euch die beiden an, einfach Mäuse, die zwei" (he thinks the same about andrew and neil but wouldn't say it to their face because he values his skin in its unpunctured state thank you very much)

so i was rereading aftg this week and since i had read it for the first time lots has changed including the fact my german has become really good (i'm afraid of the word fluent like i can't seriously be that vain yk) and since i've lived in germany for the last three years i was kinda automatically translating all of andrew's group's conversations in my head as i was reading i guess i wanted to experience the plot with how they could've potentially sound and now i'm wondering how many people were doing the same as they read it
