AFO is a 200+ year old guy who's quirk is stealing & gifting quirks (mostly the first). He's ruined millions of lives, is horribly disfigured, can't live without a dozen of those quirks as well as regular tech like a respirator, and his quirks give him various powers including various extra-human anatomy.

anyways i based him on an anole instead of a gecko because anoles are very very good at climbing and imo spinner looks more like an anole than a gecko
