Still looking up some birds for the other characters. Might have to do it fast cause Matsuyo and Matsuzo have been added and I want to draw them. If anyone has suggestions, feel free to share I suppose.

Along with fruits, I have thought of something else to fit the cosmic summer vibes

Osomatsu- Scarlet Macaw

Karamatsu- Indian peafowl

Choromatsu- Keel billed toucan

Ichimatsu- Costa's hummingbird

Jyushimatsu- Sun Conure

Todomatsu- Flamingo

Alien is all the same bird cause yes. I would like to add an alien twist to one :)

No clue if I should add Totoko, Nyaa, Iyami, Atsushi, Yanagida, or ocs I draw occasionally. Mostly because I don't have a clue of what bird they'd be.

You know what? This'll be a test run here. Send a fruit, emoji, type, or pic, and spacey summer theme. Anything from summer j-fashion to anything at a beach [ that is appropriate. Be sure to specify alien or human design if you do]. You can even do frozen treats and sodas cause some have fruit in them. Doesn't matter if it's tropical fruit or not.

The idea of drawing more fruit themed outfits with summer and space undertone brings me joy.

I haven't the faintest idea of what anyone else would be if the siblings are one thing though. The only one is Iyami with grapes or something like that.

So far two people have said durian cause the smell would ruin the competition

And here I am with two, coconut and strawberry. One for defense and the other for multiple compartments that would serve an attack type mech

I never realized just how little outfits there are based on Saturn, the planet not the guardian from Sailor Moon, till I started drawing this set, which will be two sets. I'm going to rise that number by twelve >:). Then, 24 >:D!

Sometimes Saturn's ain't enough, I need the whole color palette rainbow.

My gosh, I just realized that it's been a while since I've drawn Ichimatsu in a sundress and even longer since I've drawn everyone in a sundress and sun hat. I drawn them in so many dresses and other outfits I never actually realized that

So, there weren't enough/any submissions for a second page to be done. So the drawing is done. I'm moving on to the next set, Sweet Saturn instead.

If you still want suggest an oc of yours or a character from the show to be drawn in something, I'll have to think about it. Sweet Saturn is another in the Retro Today line, and I don't know who is interested in having their oc in a Saturn themed outfit. So it would be a hard maybe unless something changes.

How much neon is too much neon in something like say..... Choromatsu's outfit or color scheme? How much of that color is good and doesn't make him look radioactive? Hypothetically of course

Okay so if I, hypothetically, drew a retro futurism undead set, hypothetically picking between Frankenstein's monster and zombie, what should I do? Hypothetically? And what kind of outfit if not a suit?

Some lore to Retro Today: Comet Cadets

The siblings with green stars [the twelve]on their belts are of the lowest rank for star rank, Comet, in the star faction. Their commanders, the shooting stars [ or the six brothers] are pretty much their teachers who try, emphasize on try, to get them to cosmic cadet, the highest rank for cadets in their faction. Of course, with the six brothers being the teachers not much is done, but the cadets try and get help from other commanders who are family friends.

What they do as cadets: meet with aliens with a commander or captain [ separately ranks] present, interact with androids, learn how to use specific tech on the ship, and the do's and don'ts of planet exploration. They don't do much in the way of repairs and stuff, it is mostly learning.

Other cadets: planet, star [ different faction], moon, asteroid, meteorite, crater, etc.

What shooting stars do: pilot the ship, mentor cadets, go on missions, keep up with maintenance and repair, deal with more dangerous species, research a multitude of planetary things.
