I think it's cool if a cis woman goes on testosterone, or gets top surgery for aesthetic/affirmation reasons, or even gets phalloplasty.

I also think it's cool if a cis man goes on estrogen, or gets breast augmentation for aesthetic/affirmation reasons, or even gets a vaginoplasty.

It is my belief that bodily autonomy doesn't depend on identity. You have the fundamental right to alter your body as the want or need arises, because when you don't own your body absolutely, you own nothing.

Okay so Nico wasn't really familiar with the concept of pride month, like at all, he had no idea what it was

So one day Will was casually like huh pride is just around the corner and Nico's like??? Pride? Who's pride?? And Will's like OH GOD you don't know what Pride is?

And so he sat him down and told him everything and Nico was like gonna lose his shit because he was so excited. A month?? Dedicated to the gays?? The homosexuals?? That sounded like heaven to him. He read like a bazillion pride articles on the interweb because he was just bouncing with energy.

He ordered loads of rainbow stuff, streamers and balloons and flags, oh god the flags, and he completely covered his room with them, and then he covered the Apollo cabin because yes <3

And everyone at camp was just as excited, because a large part of them belonged to the lgbtq+ community and they always celebrated pride in a really fun way

Nico was probably the most excited tho, but he was also a little bit nervous because he wasn't really used to celebrating his sexuality and it was kinda hard after being closeted for so long but Will helped him with that

Believe it or not but Dionysus is intricate in celebrating pride at camp, it's the one occasion that he really loves and wants everyone to have a good time so he plans it all to the T as they say, and the first time he came to camp he was like y'all don't celebrate pride????? How do you live?? Peasants. And then he started the whole thing of celebrating pride at camp

They try and decorate all the cabins with themes being a certain sexuality, like they decorate cabins dedicated to certain sexualities and it's like a fun healthy competition

The Iris Cabin turn everything rainbow but everyone is okay with that <3

And Nico hasn't felt this happy and included in ages, he's like thriving and having so much fun that he's literally like why the fuck are we getting only one month???? We deserve half the year! And everyone's like yes.

I think most of you know of the war between Russia and Ukraine and how it started today. As a Ukrainian myself, I don't want this war, nobody does. I live in Italy currently but I messaged my friends in Ukraine about the stituation and here are their responses:

-This is absolute madness! I heard an explosion this morning, shortly later there was an alarm and out teachers said to prepare because they would send everyone home. I'm preparing the bags, I'll text you later. (She's a college student)

-I don't know what to do... here in Kiev they're bombarding everything. My wife and kids have our bags ready and my wife's mother told us to come where she is, because the war hasn't started there yet. We would go right now if we could, but what's happening on the roads right now is pure madness. (Said by my Uncle)

-Look, I don't fully understand what's going on. Teachers said that we won't be going to school, grandma says that they will cut out the light and gas, I'm really scared.

-I don't know what to do, they took my son to the front to fight with Bielorussians. I don't want him there, I want him back at home! (This lady was bawling her eyes out when my mom called her)

Please consider that I'm a 14 years old teenage girl and I'm really scared for my relatives and friends there. I'm not asking you to reblog, I'm just spreading awareness.
