If you are looking for an emergency exit from Ukraine, Poland will open EIGHT safety points on the border with Ukraine (you will get warm food, medical help and from there you will be guided to safety) in two of our voivodeships: lubuskie and podkarpackie. It is confirmed by the Polish Secretary of State in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, Paweł Szefernaker.

My best friend has waited over several months for rent assistance that unfortunately has never come. They live in a state that is notorious for handling the pandemic poorly and now has a living/work opportunity in a different state but will need help getting there + settling in their new area.

They have been fundraising for 2 years now in an environment that has slowly become worse and worse in regards to general safety and cost of living / job opportunities and will have to leave before their housing ends on February 1st.
