All That Was (Part 5)

All that was (Part 5)

The piece of me that used to smile

Now glares at me and laughs mockingly

Slowly it stalks towards reaching out

Against the wall there is no escape

I close my eyes unable to see it lunge

Marinette is awful

She is a selfish, gaslighting, manipulative young girl who twist the narrative in order to play the victim.

She is one of those people who think that being liked gives her leverage to be a closet jerk. Her sweet smile and good advice is only permitted to those she likes.

I've always noticed how the show would twist the narrative to make everyone else wrong just so Marinette aka Ladybug could swoop in and save the day. (Nevermind the fact that she caused half the problems and she rarely made any amends to the people she hurt)

But the people she wronged they are supposed to kiss her ass and be her friends. What kind of world is that?!

A world that caters to a double standard myopic heroine. This season proved how selfish and petty Marinette is and how much of a FUBAR this show is.

Chloe was the only good thing in this series. Was she nice? No. Good? She wanted to be. But she was a interesting character with a lot of depth and could have been something more then.... this tragedy.

I will take a interesting character like Chloe over the flavors of blah, bland, and boring that are Marinette and Co.

Chloe Bourgeois - Not a Typical Mean Girl

No, I am not going to sit here and talks about Chloe's family, or issues, or one writers seeming obsession with her. No!

I am here to discuss what I think is a very common misunderstanding about Chloe's character and the show in fandom that often crops up in discussion regarding her.

Namely that the thing Chloe needs most is to be chastised, rejected & punished for her mean behavior, that will sort her out!

As though that wasn't already a thing that happens?

Bear with me and I'll explain that claim first:

The school does not like punishing any students. The only reason Alya was punished for coordinating an effort to break into Chloe's locker is because Chloe threatened the principle. The only reason Marinette was almost expelled was because Lila framed her for cheating, theft & assault all in one day & she still needed to make a scene of the whole affair. There's one teacher that punishes students, but she does so unfairly, cruelly and haphazardly and in season 1, Chloe was not shown getting any special treatment from her. Special treatment from the faculty was not a thing unless we are counting later retcons.

So now that the faculty is out of the way, wat I mean is that Chloe is not a typical mean girl because she is not popular.

In stuff like Mean Girls, Heathers and so on, the usual standard is that the mean girls are mean, but they are also revered, beloved, popular in one way or another despite their horrible behavior.

This is not the case with Chloe.

Even in Season 1 where only Marinette & Nino seems to start the season disliking Chloe. (Her presence unpleasant but hardly traumatic given the Origins level bickering) Chloe was still not widely well liked by the class or school.

She had one friend in Sabrina and a second oh so briefly in Adrien, which did let her absorb some of his celebrity by proximity. But within 48 hours of having him she lost him; with Adrien becoming more distant to divorce himself from her behavior.

That's it and while one can say her haughty attitude and ego are the reason we know from season 2 she is aware everyone hates her & it upsets her.

S1-Chloe did get invited to some class events, but even then her presence was not largely welcomed with most far less prone to be patient with her than they were with others even if they exhibited similar behavior. Such as Kim bullying Ivan, or Nino expressing blatant frustration with Mylene, ETC.

By late season 2 she was pretty much entirely segregated from her peers, barring Sabrina, and her presence welcomed with shades of disinterest, disdain or outright hostility. Sometimes evoked on her part or just in general.

This is a big difference from the usual Mean Girls = Popular Girls trend but I often don't see it acknowledged in fandom discourse.

This especially feels to be the case given so often I see people arguing Chloe "needs" to be rejected, or told her behavior is bad, or that no one likes her... But she is, all the time, she is entirely aware people don't like her and unhappy about it.

The issue is not that her bad behavior is being rewarded in school. The issue is that bad behavior is what she was taught at home and what is encouraged there and what is shown to work for her parents. But it doesn't work for her and she doesn't know why, because no one really bothers to teach her why. hey just get angry and snap at her or ignore her.

& sure you can say its not her peers job to explain morality o empathy to someone who was explicitly taught by their father how to cheat at & win elections by intimidation. But the fact is no one at home is going to do so because they are modelling, encouraging & teaching the opposite up until it impacts 'them' personally.

Not sure if there's a greater point to this, but...

I often find people acting like the thing Chloe needs is for her bad behavior not to be 'rewarded' or 'indulged' by her class and to instead be 'rejected' and for her to face 'consequences'.

But she does! That's basically all she does; & When she doesn't usually an Akuma tries to murder her anyway!

So yeah, Chloe isn't a typical mean girl.

She's actually deeply unpopular among classmates and the school has a discipline issue all over, it didn't come from her.

More negativity is not going to magically make her "better".

So, apparently, an adult supervillain whose been terrorizing a city for years, rarely actually shows remorse for his actions and is also a neglectful and controlling parent because of the “death” of his wife is “sympathetic” and “redeemable”

but a teenage girl whose a bully because she has an abusive mother who constantly belittled her and can’t even remember her own name that she so desperately wants the approval of and a father who just spoils her to death, who showed remorse for her actions at times and was actually on the road to changing and becoming a better person after becoming a superhero before it was taken all away from her at the last second is “irredeemable” and “absolutely evil”.

Thomas Astruc’s logic is absolutely ridiculous.

All that was (Part 1)

The thing I love has consumed my life

It has devoured all of my sanity

Nothing is left for my heart to cling to

All sense of logic has abandoned my mind

Leaving nothing but an empty void

TLOVM episode 10 through 12

Though I have seen little of the original series I have fallen in love with this one. From the moment I saw the pictures posted that inspired me to go and find out what it was and the characters. I have fallen and love with each character and their story. But particularly the Briarwoods and there is a small part of me that wanted the NecRomantic couple to win. (They might have been the villains everything they did was for each other, and both are willing to sacrifice so much to ensure they can be together that makes their love is so touching)

Also Vax got charmed twice by Sylas. Both times was my favorite each episode and the fight that took place between Vax and his sister was awesome and I love fact that he knew who he was fighting her but knew he couldn’t disobey the charm place on him. Also just a thought and I am just putting it out there what if Vax while under that Charm had killed Vex while Keyleth was to exhausted (note this is just a thought) and Cassandra had managed to incapacitate her brother. Could one of them maybe had been that sacrifice.

If this offends or annoys anyone then I’m sorry but I just wanted to share my thoughts. Looking forward to season 2....Dragons!

Evil triumphs when good people do nothing

A line quoted by the main protagonist and our titular heroine in season 1. Marinette aka Ladybug

And yet when evil was unmasked she chose to turn a blind eye to his actions.

She chose to turn a blind eye and turn of all sense of logic and sense of reason.

She chose to ignore her own conscious and all the cruel and psychopathic manipulative actions PAST AND PRESENT.

And she gave evil exactly what he wanted. She gave Hawkmoth/Monarch aka Gabriel Agreste what he wanted!

Did she forget how he emotional and psychologically terrorized her, her family and her friends. How he manipulated all of them. Did those events get erased from history?

No. She found someone else to blame.

She couldn't allow her love one's father name to be sullied so why not scapegoat the girl no one likes as the bad guy?

Why? Because she had so many chances to change and everyone around her has "tried" to "help" her. (Lies always make hypocrites feel better about their double standard morality.) But as her once close friend said "You'll never change."

Evil doesn't triumph when good people do nothing. It triumphs when "good" people play favorites on who deserves redemption and who is beyond it.

Marinette you are not a hero in my book. You are selfish, entitled, manipulative young girl who thinks because she's nice and people like you she can get away with bias behavior and playing favorites. You did nothing to help Chloe when she was suffering and instead you pushed her into the arms of her abuser. You knew Chloe was falling behind in class and you did nothing.

"Evil triumphs when good people do nothing" Without good people to hold us accountable or help us become better we fall victim to the sway of vices that we know.

That is exactly what happened. Evil triumphed because their were no good people to stop them.

Just complicit and blind eyed fools.

Interesting point and you aren’t wrong that Chloe needs the third persons or called a proper model neither Audrey nor Ladybug. The adults must have guiding her without putting any lies or sugarcoat like saint Zoe and spineless teacher like Mayor Buster (lol).

Maybe, didn’t make her as Hero nor (manipulated) Villains is the neutral way for her existence. In conclusion, she needs a good figure far from an abusive manipulative grown ass adults and sugarcoater like Marinette/Zoe which are both of them don’t have any right to help her but at least they don’t need to exacerbate her minds with half hearted love and hope.

From what I've observed with Chloe, she does follow along people she respects. It was that way with Ladybug. For a bit, it was also that way with Ms Bustier. Definitely was that way with Aubrey. And as of late, it's been that way with Lila. Its a pattern for Chloe to admire a woman or a girl she deems as a cut above the rest and is susceptible to listening to them whether they're teaching her right or wrong. YMMV if this can be interpreted as a hint of her preferences with rooted mommy issues, but one thing's for sure, she does admire all of these people... this is why I think in the early stages, I think a character like this can greatly help her. A character like this has the strongest sway on whether she can change for the better or not.

But in the long run, what I would've personally wanted most for Chloe is to learn she is enough as it is. She doesn't need their approval to call herself exceptional, whether she goes good, evil or neutral.

I would be happy to read the different perspectives of sexual gratifications that various characters getting oral from Hiccup.

Another kink question, hehe (it's fun!). Getting oral sex from Hiccup is the prompt for the characters... everybody in the Riders (Hiccup inclusive), Dagur, Viggo. Also: getting oral sex from Astrid for Heather.

This is really fun! Thank you!

Astrid: Astrid arched her hips into Hiccup's eager mouth, head tilting back, hands clawing at his hair. "Yes, Hiccup. Fucking gods!" His tongue was vigorously working at her swollen clit, and she felt like she was going to come.

Fishlegs: Fishlegs squeaked at the sight of Hiccup taking his cock into his mouth. He was nervous about the size of his cock sometimes, but Hiccup took most of it into his mouth almost easily. He hummed around it, and Fishlegs began to relax, letting out a moan. One hand went to gently cradle Hiccup's head.

Snotlout: Snotlout was more than flattered when Hiccup told him he wanted to suck his cock. Snotlout didn't think he had a cock that was good for sucking, but Hiccup got on his knees anyway and pulled his pants down. Snotlout moaned as he took the head into his mouth and sucked. "Mm, Hiccup..."

Ruffnut: Ruffnut watched happily as Hiccup ate her out. He was good at it, and she let him know this, her fingers threaded through his hair. "Damn, Hiccup! You know how to make a girl have a good time!"

Tuffnut: "You're sucking my cock."

"I am."

Tuffnut hadn't expected this for some reason, hadn't expected much foreplay, but here it was. Hiccup just looked up from between his legs.

"May I continue?"

Tuffnut smiled. "Fuck yeah."

Dagur: "That's it, baby! Fuck, fuck!" Dagur had Hiccup's face pressed against his pelvis, his cock in his throat, and he was taking him like an expert. "Where'd you learn how to do this?"

Hiccup pulled off of him with a pop, filling the empty space his mouth had been with his hand, and Dagur let out a low groan.

"You're assuming I'm a virgin." Hiccup licked the tip of Dagur's cock, smiled. "I'm not."

Viggo: "Mm, my dear, your tongue is like silk," Viggo purred. He sat in his throne with Hiccup on his knees before him, eagerly licking at his cock. He had one hand in Hiccup's hair and the other around a goblet of wine. He tilted his head back and sipped the last of it, letting out a very small moan as Hiccup began to suck him. Yes, this was the perfect way to spend his night.

Heather: Heather grabbed violently at Astrid's hair, tugging on it till the point that Astrid was releasing a sound of shock into her cunt. Astrid didn't ask her to let go though, and Heather didn't think she could stop herself. She just felt so good. "Shit, Astrid!" This woman knew how to use her tongue!
