💔It is very important that our lives are in danger💔
We stand in line every minute we spend without your help. Every morning we wake up to a sound like this or hear news of martyrs. We do not know if it will be our turn or not. We need your help to save us from here and save our lives and the lives of my little children. They do not deserve to live in a situation like this, they deserve a better life. I hope that you will help me and donate so that I can get out of here. Our situation is tragic and very bad. I hope that good people will see this and help us.
A donation may be a reason to save the lives of innocent people from death🥹
Donate with $10, $5, or something simple🙏🏻💔

basically, not all of us people with eds are hypermobile, and we shouldnt reduce ehlers danlos to just being hypermobile with stretchy skin.
I have hEDS, the most common type of EDS, where you do get hypermobility, but even hEDS is more than that.
i really wish that ehlers-danlos syndrome wasn't basically just thought of as the "bendy" disorder. firstly, there are more than 13 types of eds, and they all have varying relations to and degrees of hypermobility. secondly, eds are a collection of congenital connective tissue disorders - connective tissue makes up a vast majority of your body and, because of this, eds, hsd, and other congenital connective tissue disorders like loey-dietz, marfans, stickler syndrome, and osteogenesis imperfecta are multi systemic.
having eds or another connective tissue disorder is SO much more than just some flexibility and it's especially frustrated that they're often thought of solely in relation to that one aspect of them because it leads a lot of people down the path of misdiagnosis.
as an advocate and educator regarding ctds and especially eds, i have spoken to SO many people who simply wrote the possibility of them having a ctd like ehlers-danlos off simply because they aren't flexible. it's such a dangerous misconception and really frustrating to see especially given the fact that the muscles of hypermobile people often overcompensate to make up for joint laxity, which can actually lead to a lack of flexibility/high tone/spasticity
so yeah, tl;dr: if you have a bunch of multisystemic symptoms that seem largely unconnected, look into connective tissue disorders. they're much more common than people think, frequently go under the radar, and can really wreck havoc on your body - ESPECIALLY when you aren't aware that you have one
Hello, my name is Lama, and I am from Gaza City, specifically in the northern Gaza Strip. I grew up in a loving family of resilience and hope, with my parents working tirelessly to provide us with a life of dignity and opportunity. My father was our steadfast provider, and my mother was the heart of our home. I have two brothers and three sisters, the youngest of whom is just six months old. She is frail and often sick due to the lack of proper food and medicine. My siblings and I have shared dreams of education, careers and a bright future. But life in Gaza is marked by hardship, and when the war began, everything we had built was shattered. My older brother, a kind and a courageous soul, was martyred while trying to secure basic necessities for our survival, my younger sister was gravely injured, and the cost of her treatment weighs more than the universe to us, now the responsibility for my family has fallen on my shoulders.
Our home, once filled with warmth, laughter and memories, has been reduced to rubble. We have been displaced more than thirty times from place to a place with nothing but the clothes on our backs. Each time we returned, we found more destruction, we always clung to the hope of rebuilding, but in the last attack, our home was completely destroyed, we are now homeless, living in unsafe conditions with no shelter to protect us from the cold nights. The loss of our home is not just the loss of a building, it’s the loss of safety, stability, and the place where our dreams were nurtured.
With my father unemployed since the beginning of the war, we have no income to provide even the most basic necessities. Water, food, medicine, warm clothes and blankets-things that many take for granted-are beyond our reach. Every day is a battle for survival, and every night is a reminder of the dangers and struggles we face. I am determined to care for family and give my younger brothers and sisters a chance to grow up with hope. But I cannot do it alone.
I am reaching out to you with a plea for compassion and action. Your support can help us rebuild our lives, restore hope, and secure a future where my family can live in peace and safety. Every donation, no matter how small brings us closer to survival and dignity. Please for the sake of god and humanity, help us in this time of desperate need.
Hi folks, there's 2 campaigns I'm organizing for 2 families in Gaza. Basically, momentum has slowed on the first campaign and I'm floundering trying to get the 2nd one off the ground.
SO! Firstly, I'll be matching donations to Majed's campaign up to $500 USD, starting today 3/18 till the next time I send him a wire. So please help me make it count double 🔥🔥 (Or more?? 👀). To participate, please reblog the post for his campaign with a screenshot of your donation + 2 fire emoji 🔥🔥 and I will match it. Hide any personal details you'd like.
SECONDLY, I just created a campaign for Hamada a few days ago and it has yet to receive any traction so I'm going to be doing 5-10 min doodle requests for any donations of $5 or more made to his campaign. To participate, please reblog the post for his campaign with a screenshot of your donation + 🌞 a sun emoji + a character you'd like me to draw. Request your blorbos request your OCs, request a pokemon, or anything
reblogs of this post are much appreciated as well, please spread the word! I'll be getting to the doodle requests throughout the day, but will be more free to do them in the evening.

Save Baby anaam’s Life!🙏🏻😭
My 10-month-old daughter, Anam, is fighting for her life in the hospital. Every day that passes without comprehensive treatment increases her risk of developing the disease. We are doing our best, but the exorbitant medical costs are beyond our ability.😭
Her life depends on your kindness and generosity. Any donation, no matter how small, can make the difference between hope and despair.🥹🙏🏻💔
Help us give Enaam a chance at life. Donate and share her story with your friends. Please, my friend, don't leave me here alone.🙏🏻💔💔😭😭🙏🏻
