Pedro always has the wildest stories when it comes to finding out he has a new role
- Game of Thrones when there was miscommunication and HBO had hired him, but his agents didn’t know for sure, but he was already getting his head cast, getting costume fittings, and going to rehearsals. And he didn’t wanna ask if he had the part
-he only had a day or two to accept his role in Narcos
-he was in the bathroom when Matthew Vaughn called him about Golden Circle
-took an Ambien before he got the call that he got the role of Joel and then fell asleep and forgot he got the part
Like absolutely incredible stories
You are a clan of two. — Chapter 8: Redemption ✶ THE MANDALORIAN
Okay so I’m trying to write a boba fic and I was wondering if you could explain the layout of slave 1 for me?? Or maybe link a blueprint graphic? In my mind you know everything boba haha
haha I definitely do not know everything about boba, but I’m flattered! you’re making me blush 🥰❤️
So Slave I is trippy compared to other ships because when it’s parked, it sits flat on its bottom surface but it moves around at a 90 degree angle. Check out these gifs from the Mandalorian that show Slave I flying and landing.
The cockpit/common area are next to each other. They rotate as Slave I moves. When the ship is parked (is that the right word?), you have to climb into the cockpit in order to get into the captain’s seat. This also means that everyone in the common area/cockpit need to be seated and buckled in when they are taking off or landing.
The biggest thing to keep in mind with Slave I is that is cramped and there is not a lot of room on it to move around. This is because the specific model of ship wasn’t meant to hold a lot of people or be used for long trips. Boba and Jango had to make a lot of modifications to turn it into what it is now.
Here is a diagram from the Star Wars Complete Vehicles book released last year.
Here is another diagram (not sure where it is from) where you can see the beds a little bit better.
HOPE THIS HELPS 💙💚💙💚💙💚Slave I has been modified so many times it’s hard to say what it really looks like, but this what I can gather from my own research. Hopefully we’ll see more when BOBF comes out!!
Concept: Din Djarin is in every episode of The Book of Boba Fett, he just doesn’t do anything. He’s sleeping on Boba’s couch and you see him sometimes in the background shuffling round with a bowl of cereal at an inappropriate time of day and if anyone asks about him Boba just tells them to leave him alone
