Post 21/21 from the Costume Trail in Wellington. Yet another very reflective case. Message me if you’d like higher resolution or more detail shots. Part 2 can be found here.
More costumes from the Hobbit here.
“At the end of the second week in September a cart came in through Bywater from the direction of Brandywine Bridge in broad daylight. An old man was driving it all alone. He wore a tall pointed blue hat, a long grey cloak, and a silver scarf. He had a long white beard and bushy eyebrows that stuck out beyond the brim of his hat.”
Tom Bombadil and lovely Goldberry, about to have a little dance! I love their long, flowing hair but alas, I am not the best at drawing flowy hair.
Finished.
Seven years.
40 pattern pages.
140400 stitches.
And if I never see another beige thread again it will be too soon.
Probably never going with 16 count Aida again either.

Post 19/21 from the Costume Trail in Wellington. This one was impossible to get good photos of. Just way too much glare. Message me if you’d like higher resolution shots.

'Frodo! Mr. Frodo, my dear!' cried Sam, tears almost blinding him. 'It's Sam, I've come!'
