It won’t be awkward, it will be the proving the point of the song once more with the exact same criticism the song was meant to evoke the first time around. It only sucks that it will be more poignant because yes, it’s a second time — but it won’t be awkward. Only another instance of art commenting on the world around us. It’s the point of the song and that moment in the show.
TGWDLM rerun is probably happening and all I can think about is how awkward “America is Great again” will be 💀💀
No yall don’t understand, Putrice and Rancilda didn’t have skin suits the entire time Ella knew them only for her to have one good day with her childhood friends and with people who don’t hate her, only for her stepsisters to wear their skin
Cinderellas castle is a horror musical if you think about the implications
Additional: the last thing Ella sees before she dies is her best friends corpses taunting her
Well well well, if it isn’t once and future king and his friend/manservant/ other side of the coin/destiny/love of his life/boyfriend
Max tentatively approached Medb. He had never really spoken to girls that weren’t his relatives before. “Umm… hello,” Medb said nothing but surveyed him curiously.
“Would you like to dance?” Max asked. Medb smiled, “for sure, the astral planes flicker most invitingly.”
They began to dance and Maddox was taken aback by the open, fluid movements of Medb. “You dance most uniquely,” he said in between his own nervous shuffles from side to side. “I draw the energy from the winds,” replied Medb, “It is most refreshing. Join me - together we will surely shift the trans-autumnal forces.”
Though he felt a little foolish at first, Max was soon dancing with the same energy and freedom of Medb.

What is the Great British Sim Challenge?
Inspired to draw that scene from Team StarKid's Cinderella's Castle. (+a surprise Sir Hop-A-Lot and Crumb under the cut.)
The lighting on that set then (bright green with deep blue on the side) was so good that I had a strong impulse to just try and capture how I was envisioning the scene playing out in an illustrated fairytale-esque forest-scape-y thingy.
I really want to draw a Cinderella moment next - so hard to pick a specific scene!! I'll be thinking about it as I catch up on work rn. Hopefully I can get to it some time tonight. I did do a quick sketch of Rancilda that I'll post soon though!
It's been a wild couple of weeks, but I'm coming out the other side feeling energized~
