I just realized that Shin Ae is perfect for the role of Kousuke's assistant. She is extremely honest with him, she doesn't try to poison him and can take care of things when Kou is unable to. I can't say how things are in the future, but now while she's not a pro at her job yet, she shure works very hard and already has a set of qualities that make her the perfect assistant.
