No, but how is he so prettyđđ
I need one of him smiling, oh gods please
atwow characters as humans compiled together!
tried making the human sully kids resemble themselves more + cleaned up my sketches of the metkayina kids
The way Percy âloyalty is my fatal flawâ Jackson didnât even FINISH hearing out Medusa. He heard âbetray-â and fucking bolted like omfg THIS is my Percy no oneâs doing it like him
Just adding to the appeal here, buddy. NOT HELPING đđ
OK BUT WHAT ABOUT THE GODS VALUING THEIR PRIDE OVER EVERYTHING ELSE.
I MEAN ATHENA LET ECHIDNA INTO HER SANCTUARY TO PUNISH ANNABETH FOR WOUNDING HER PRIDE.
AND ZEUS DECLARED WAR BECAUSE THE BOLT WAS STOLEN AND HIS PRIDE WAS ATTACKED.
BUT POSEIDON SURRENDERS TO ZEUS, SACRIFICES HIS PRIDE, TO SAVE PERCY.
JUST THROWING THAT OUT THERE
Annabeth comparing 12 year old percy jackson to the king of the gods, the god of wisdom and battle strategy and the god of war and saying he's better than them. Annabeth's entire world view crashing down in the face of Percy's kindness and loyalty to the point where she defends his honor against millenia old gods. I will never recover from this.
âThey say an overthinker's soul is twice as heavy because it's full of revised conversations, alternative conclusions, never spoken sentences, not shared feelings, and a lifetime of regrets.â
It's been 7 long years.
The final season of Percy Jackson and the Olympians has just begun to release.
The Ares and Apollo cabins are in a dispute over ownership for the flying chariot.
The counselors sit around a table in the Big House.
Percy has just learned that he's (probably) gonna die in the next month, when Clarisse and Michael begin to bicker. Percy has had it up to here.
He starts clapping rhythmically. There is a lull in the room as they stare at him.
He claps faster.
"Oh golly, the road's getting bumpy, cause I've got me some friends who just can't get along-"
Oh, thank goodness, I was hoping I didn't come across wrong. I was trynna have a literary debate if sorts I guess.
I'm not saying that Severus did everything out of obsession and revenge is a fact. I said that him being a dick is a fact. What I am saying about the revenge part is that one wouldn't have had to think too much to come to the conclusion that those were the reasons. And even if you did think about it a whole lot, you could still feel like that's the truth.
Also, I am saying that what he did for protecting Harry was an apologetic action towards Lily, not obsession. And I am not too sure about the obsession part because there is a very fine line between obsession and sincere love. And I totally agree about him blaming himself because if we pulled apart the sweater, the last wool string would lead to Severus.
You know, Harry never knew his father, not like many people get to. So he didn't have a single bad memory of him, and all that people talked about James was good stuff, him being dead and all, apart from Severus, but Harry had always viewed Snape from a somewhat wary/borderline hateful way, so obviously he didn't believe a word Severus said. Which lead to Harry believing that James was wonderful, which he might have. And with James being the sperm donor and all for Harry, Harry obviously felt a strong "connection" to him, therefore the naming. So, personally, what I think is him naming his son James isn't wrong at all, but neither his naming his son Severus (though I do kinda hoped that he had more kids to name Rubeus or Remus, I also I kinda wish that they wouldn't have been, like, 5th or 6th options)
I can see how it'd be kinda kinda unfair to have no one else be thankful to him, but , like, naming a child after them is no small thing. Like, it literally shapes the entire person accordingly. And, even if now Severus is dead, he will be remembered whenever anyone sees or hears tye whole name of Harry Potter, the Chosen One's second son, of Albus.
People get mad that Harry named his son after Severus. However Iâm leaning more towards the fact that Snape did the most thankless job even after being mistreated all of his life by the people he was saving and working with and the only thanks he gets- the only time anyone has decided to remember a single thing he did- itâs when Harry is naming his spawn.
Severus is not even the spawnâs first name, itâs his second name. Oh yeah and he threw in some half-baked dialogue about how Severus was brave. Wow truly what a fucking treat, what an homage.
And people are complaining that he didnât ďżźname his kid after Hargid (or Lupin I donât think which is pretty sad and also thankless). And I agree, but instead of switching out Severusâs name, take out Jamesâs.
He named one of his kids James Sirius Potter (which is just so cringe) and like my question is why? Sirius is perfectly understandable but why James? James has done absolutely nothing-and I mean-NOTHING for Harry apart from get compared to him and has basically acted as a sperm donor to Harry. No- not a father, because being a father actually requires raising ur kid- no Jamesâs only merit is that he had a wizard messiah in his ballsack. Brilliant.
Nicasia: This totally sucks, man. Cardan: This is horrible. Nicasia: Yeah, I know, I mean look at todayâs news. Cardan: No, itâs not that, itâs Jude. Cardan: Itâs just like, I canât get her out of my head and every time I look at her I have this pain in my chest, and I just know itâs her fault, that wretched mortal!
They seem to have made Percy more on the inattentive end of ADHD than hyperactive. Aside from the capture the flag scene, we mostly just see him zoning out, 'daydreaming', the line "I don't think it's the marshmallow's fault I never pay attention".
ADHD barely gets good representation as it is, but I don't think I've ever seen the inattentive type in media like this before. This is going to be huge for a lot of people who don't fall under the hyperactive stereotype umbrella.
I'm just really excited that more people will get the chance to see themselves.
