Toga has self harm scars on her shoulder and legs, and Ochako has a stab wound scar on her torso. Ochako is drawn with a fuller figure and Toga is quite skinny.

I heard from a headcanon that some inklings/octolings can be late bloomers, which leaves some of them stuck in their pre - humaniod colors state giving them a form of vitiligo!!
