As a David fan I couldn't care less about other people not liking him. Who cares if someone on the internet doesn't like a little bitch because he's a little bitch. I like little bitches, some people don't, and that's fine. Why are we getting pressed

reminder that being against ai also means being against character.ai and not using character.ai and not interacting with character.ai
i've never talked to chatgpt i've never talked to character.ai i have no interest in talking to a chatbot even if it's fun or based on my comfort character. if we want companies to stop using ai we need to tell them we aren't going to interact with it - so don't.
don't talk to robots. full stop.

there's been a murder !
Several characters in BSD express a wish for home and family. Most of them have either lost their families or were abandoned by them. Especially for those characters, the word βfamilyβ expands the definition of being related by blood.
In BSD βfamilyβ doesnβt mean people who are related to you, but people who accept you for who you really are and who truly care about you. Some examples would be the relationship between Fukuzawa and Ranpo, or Sigma and how he sees his customers.
Tachiharaβs arc deals with the same theme and his search for who he really is.

here me out: what if celestia manipulated ishimaru to kill hifumi instead
i always felt ishimaru's arc is such a waste in him coping with grief and while his un-timely death adds to this sense of tragedy in how he never fully resolves his grief, it still feels very much like a disrespctful end to his character to die at the hands of ... hifumi who just being a simp
not to mention just gives hifumi an even more sour note to end off at, while celestia looks stupid for entrusting hifumi of all people. sure maybe ironic since hifumi and celestia def are an unlikely duo, but its really imbalanced and not worth it
so my take is celestia uses a very emotionally vulnerable ishimaru in her murder plan. someone like hifumi in her eyes would be worthless so she believes that will be an easy first target to entrust ishimaru with. it adds to ishimaru's downward spiral, being forced to kill for whatever reason celestia tells him, making it ironic that such a lawful good character can be broken by death/the killing game to commit a murder. it also adds to celestia's supposed manipulation ability, being particularly henious of her to use ishimaru for her own gain. but that is totally in line with celestia's character and only adds to her being someone you love to hate (or hate to hate, whatever floats your boat lol). not to mention, gives me one less reason to hate hifumi
