okay, call me salty and bitter, but am i the only one who thinks that it would be really unfair for jyp to actually eliminate one of the members? like it wouldn’t be as big of a deal to me if stray kids was a group made by the company. however, as they said in the first episode, stray kids was brought together and pretty much produced solely by chan. i feel like to eliminate one of the boys would be to undermine and almost insult the efforts that chan has put into this group.

t b h, this jungkook/cupcakke debacle would also be a great opportunity to talk about how the idol industry objectifies, commodifies, and markets their artists as “innocent” and “pure,” thus infantilizing them and perpetuating this toxic environment in which fans feel like its their job to “protect their baby uwu” even tho they were just writing an nc-17 rated fic where they were begging their precious, innocent baby to choke them.

I do not deem that her posts were right, sexualizing Jungkook ( I think he'd be uncomfortable with it ) but I also do not think that telling CupcakKe to "kill herself" or comment aggressive, violent things is also right. Is this the way you want the world to think of our fanbase? "Violent, Immature, Childish, etc" ? I don't think so. I suggest to just maybe comment things like "Others are uncomfortable about this, please stop." instead of "Go kill yourself." Please take this into consideration, thank you.
