I'm not sure how often you come on here BUT I just wanted to say that 'watching through windows' is my all time favourite fan fiction (not just in the SC fandom but OF ALL TIME) and I have the podfic downloaded and actually listen to it atleast 1x a month. I'm so sorry if this is weird but I just want you to know how much I love your writing and what a masterpiece and work of art that fic is❤

Thoughts: Okay to be fair this is a but of stretch, technically there is wedding planing but the focus on the story is on David and Alexis’s relationship. I just love this so much because 1. i will never think there is enough stories about David and Alexis’s relationship and 2. this story just shows their growth so well. There is such a sweet moment between these two although the diner scene is also enjoyable. 

Recommended if you like: GROWTH, Patrick and Stevie teasing David, and A+ for David and Alexis’s relationship

Hey there!! I have been reading fan fiction of Schitts Creek for a few weeks now and was told today to look at yours. It is and was incredible. I cried so many times. The first time I have ever cried during one of these fan fics. When will you have the last chapter submitted?

David Rose + smiles by season

I think we all noticed just how much David smiled in s5, so I started to get curious about just how drastically that had changed over the seasons. I assumed it had started pretty minimally and grown each year, but the only way to find out for sure was to actually start counting. So I started taking screenshots of every time he smiled–smirks, grins, happy little twists of his lips, big, small, sarcastic, real–I tried to get them all. There are definitely still some missing from this; sometimes they look like smiles in real time but not in the screenshots, sometimes they’re too small or too quick to capture very well, sometimes he’s talking or moving and they’re too blurry. So there are definitely more than what’s here. But this is most of them, and I think it still illustrates the point pretty well: 

David just gets happier and happier, year by year.
