Ah, I see now..old friends, huh bun? I understand. I myself have had many friends in my life, even ones that I desperately did not want to lose. Unfortunately, it happened, and I am not even sure myself if I will see these past friends again.

Oh, there, there.. there’s no need to cry, dear. Yes, it is okay to cry about how you feel, and it’s okay to miss someone so much that it feels like you have lost an important part of yourself. But it’s important to remember that you are more than that- so much more than that. Even though you miss your old friends, what about present ones? And your hobbies, interests, favorite video games and snacks..

I am not saying to simply push the feeling aside, since it’ll only make things worse. I’m only trying to remind you that the loss of a friendship does not mean your life has ended, it doesn’t not mean that you are no longer worth anything, and it certainly does not mean that you don’t deserve love and more friends.

It simply means that something has ended. And even I myself am not sure how to comfort you, my bunny, because such feelings are difficult to comfort. But I want you to know one thing, okay? You will always have someone there for you, no matter who they are. I will be here for you, okay bun? On days you need to cry and let it all out, I will be right here. You will always have people the cherish and love you.

Here, why don’t we do something fun? Or perhaps you’d simply like me to stay here with you?..yes? Alright, bun! I’ll be right here. I’ll always be here, I promise.

Alright my little princess, it's time to do your hair. I know you can be a bit fussy; would you like your paci? It's okay if you do, Mama won't judge you. And look, it's a pretty pink one too. There you go; isn't that nice? Your hair is getting so long! It just grows like a weed. How about we put some pretty bows in it today? You're worried about people noticing you? That's fine, Mama can do something more simple then. I think pigtails would look nice. There! Two perfect little braids for my perfect little princess! Now, let's pick out something for you to wear and we can start our day. Yes, you can pick. Mama isn't going to do anything or suggest anything you don't want. words: 575 notes: the last idea from the poll i did !!!! i think this one is really soft and cute :((( i really liked writing this one... it made me feel all warm and cozy!!! basically papa walks in on you stealing some clothes !!!

dada was away. and you had simply slipped. that was all. you just felt so overwhelmed by being alone, you felt so small. and the apartment felt so big. and empty. especially without dada. but while crying your poor heart out, you remembered something. you lived with dada. his closet was simply in the other room. everything of him was so close. you wiped your eyes and made your way to his bedroom. you breathed in the smell of him and felt your heart ease a bit.

you looked around and drank in the sight of the messy space. dada had never been strict about you cleaning your room and it was clear to see why. he didn’t exactly keep a neat space himself. but it was his. you walked around, touching things with your little fingers. admiring photos, glancing over books with words too big to read, and then it catches your attention. his closet. its cracked open and it calls you. you just have to look through it. you rush over and carefully open the doors, looking in with big eyes.

it’s obviously filled with his clothes. but they all just smell so much like him. you step forward and press your face into the clothes hanging there, taking a deep breath and letting out a happy giggle. the fabrics tickled your face and brushed against your hair. it almost felt like hugging him. you opened your arms and wrapped them around the clothes you were nuzzling, squeezing them tight to you. you let go only to step back and begin looking through them. you find a black button up, dada’s hairs sticking to the fabric around the shoulders. it smells the most like him. and its big. you bit your lip before finally pulling the shirt down off the hanger and holding it before you.

you let out another giggle and look around as if someone was there watching you. you were alone. you unbuttoned the shirt and slid into it, the sleeves hanging over your hands, the bottom of the shirt swinging well past your waist. you twirl around in it and squeal. you dance around for a bit in the shirt, humming and giggling to yourself over wearing dada’s shirt. it’s so soft. and it’s like he’s here again and he’s dancing with you. 

you’re so distracted with your dancing that you don’t notice the front door open. or the footsteps down the hall. or dada when he’s suddenly standing in the bedroom door. you but do notice his laugh. you jump and nearly fall over at the sudden noise. wriothesley gasps and rushes forward, scooping you up. “ oh sorry , pup , didn’t mean to scare you. “ he chuckles and kisses your cheek. “ what are you doing in my room anyways? getting upt to no good. “ you scrunch up your noise and raise you arms up in the air. 

“ shirt! “ you squeal and dada chuckles. “ yup, you sure do have my shirt. but that’s alright. i don’t need it that bad anyways. “ he nuzzles you and sits down on the edge of his bed. “ you miss me? “ you nod quickly, curling up in his lap and cuddling into him. you definitely prefer the real dad over his shirt. he’s so warm and big and cozy. it feels like curling up in front of a fireplace. his arms hold you close and he rubs your back. “ well i’m happy to be home. “

The point is, fandom agere I feel like can be so gatekept sometimes. People feel like they need to follow rules to avoid being judged, but you don't. Regressing is all about having fun, and making new memories and experiences. I think it's great you have a fandom/character you love enough to go on that journey with. Some of us may not be so good at playing with toys or doing a lot of commonly talked about agere activities, like me. But my characters I love? My art, my writing? Absorbing myself into a fictional safe space I've built is how I play. How I express myself, and I want you to know you can do that in any way you want.

I spent far too long thinking things were wrong or right, that they were taboo or bad in this community when really, I was just disagreeing with the masses about an opinion in fiction. Everyone has different opinions, comfort levels, boundaries on their own works, etc, but as long as you aren't breaking those bounds and are keeping things SFW? Have a blast. This is your coping mechanism, your fandoms, your interests, your things that make you happy. Have the most fun, okay little one?
