It's about little experience of mine

I was sleeping, not actually sleeping

I started counting first but later I got so much distracted by other thoughts then I started seeing images also .. like a dream like a reel is playing in my head

Then suddenly my body felt heavy

And my hands went numb

I could feel my hands but i didn't know where my hands were at

My left hand was a little bit higher because I had a stuffed toy under my hand and i forgot about this

So I got soo curious where my hand is actually at why it's higher , it's not on my stomach or on bed

So i opened my eyes and took a quick look

Then I slept again , I was still thinking something and I felt heavy also after some time but then I just slept for real because I was only sleeping for an hour and i didn't wanted to waste my time by staying awake

HI LOVE, so im tryna empty out my damn ask box before i go again, anyways lets see.

idk if this is a dumb question but can you like manifest an object you want to see specifically in the void state???

like if I wanted to see my journal with my dream manifestations could I see it there??

I can't lie to you and say yes nor can I lie again and say no, because truthfully I haven't tried it nor do I know anyone who did, BUT, HERE'S MY OPINION (ALLEGED)/

if I manifested seeing stars in the void, then why can't we manifest seeing a journal or a book or any object there? It could be a projection of the mind and not real though, because manifestations happen after you affirmed for it in the void, so in results, maybe seeing a journal with your manifestation on it is actually possible! Just keep it in mind it could be a projection, just how I manifested seeing stars in the void, the stars are not ALWAYS there in REAL LIFE, it's just something I'd see when entering the void, same thing with the object in the void.

HI ML, so, revising it not hard at all unless u make it be, first, put stress aside.

Sounds hard but I know, it needs time, second, take a step back and tell yourself it's alright, you're going to do it.

Now go about your day REMINDING yourself that you already got your desired results, simply say:

"I've passed every test, why should I care?"

can I get some void state advice?

I have been attempting to enter the void for the past 5 years and have never once wavered. This is the first time I’m actually admitting my failure and not staying strong in affirming. I lay in bed, I affirm i visualise I count I’ve tried guided methods, I’ve tried being sitting up but nothing works. I don’t even feel symptoms I do believe the void exists and I know I can get there but I physically can’t and it’s been five years so it’s so emotionally hard now because I’m so tired off it.

If yes, then it runs away more from you.

The void is YOU, how can you DESIRE IT TO BE IN UR HANDS WHEN IT ISSSSSSS AERHAOHD.

and it's completely fine to waver actually, what you're doing is somewhat toxic positivity, and that might help some but never for me.

ACKNOWLEDGE the negativity but don't let it affect you, you actually need to let out emotions and not let it suppress you, you sound like you were burnt off from that toxicity.

You see, shifting, void, loa, they do not say "go and be delusional and don't ever think bad!"

It simply says "be it."

Being LITERALLY means being human, of course humans can cry, they can feel doubts, just one thing, if you continue on the doubt? It'll follow.

You're completely burnt out my love, for once, I know it'll be painful, take some break, to be refreshed, and in that break? COMPLETELY be yourself and let go, had negative thoughts? Learn to see them and just pass them, not to hold them, you get me?

(AND NO, I DON'T SAY BREAKS ARE BAD, THEY DON'T HAVE ANY EFFECT ON U)

everyone can take a break, and you sound like you need it, TRULY let go and just be calmer, whenever you feel ready, try it, DON'T push yourself to affirm, whenever during the day you remember the void simply say "I have it, it's easy."

how do you get past the feeling of no breathing when you got to the void bc it is the main thing that constantly grounds me here :(

OMG U SOUND LIKE ME.

I used to have this I swear, and it was the only thing stopping me from entering fr, I get you, it feels suffocating and suddenly for some reason like you fucking ran SIX marathons with the shallow quick breathing and the crazy heartbeats.

DON'T WORRY I FOUND A TRICK.

First of all, it's totally fine, it's just a reaction your body gives you to a "new" environment that you're entering, it's like you're body is saying:

"WHAT THE FUCK ARE WE DYING, WHY ARE WE ENTERING WHILE WE ARE AWAKE? I THOUGHT WE DO THAT IN SLEEP-"

again, totally normal, all you gotta know is how to make your body understand it's natural, and here's my trick.

Whenever I am about to enter and get hit with the lack of oxygen, I calm myself down by forgetting about anything, stop focusing on the void, and stop ignoring it, the more you ignore it? The more it comes, acknowledge it but DON'T be affected by it, then, start to actually tell yourself everything is safe, everything is supposed to go this way, basically actually damn down your nerves and be gentle, talk with yourself how it's alright and whatnot.

I like to do that and also add in some quick breath stabilizing I've learnt from somewhere, imagining a coin that rises with exhales and drops with inhales until my breathing goes back to normal, it usually just takes around 3 to 4 minutes to get it back on track.

Counting? Laying still? Sleeping and just placing intentions? Hell you can go eat a chocolate bar and assume it can help u shift or enter the void.
