Nature vs Nurture: this is my wonderful (bio) sister, Twila. I was adopted & didn't meet her until I was 25. We haven't seen each other for 4 years. Yet instinctively, we both bought the same eyeglass frames online!

Although embarrassed that I got so fat, I recently decided on a new mantra for my life; "Vivo Veritatem Tuam", Live Your Truth! The left pic is me 2yrs ago & 200lbs heavier. After bariatric surgery & a lot of hard work I only have 50lbs to go until excess skin removal. So no matter what you idiosyncrasy, embrace it. #liveyourtruth We are all unique & special, in our own way!
