finally got a photo of rani's (left) current outfit progress together with her custom made wig and horns :D plus lyn's (right) current progress as well...!! they may already look fancy and complicated now, but don't worry, there is still so soooo much fancy and complicated things left to be made, hahaha.... ^__^......;

Make a Pumpkin Gratine with Maple (Weekly Photo 38/2024)

"First grap your pasta, this is a single serving recipe but take as much as you need! Put into a pot and cook the things. We have Pumpkin Seed Pasta here"

Then you need some pumpkin... make sure it's not alive and CHOP. CHOP CHOP. Into little bits.

Chop your other vegetables too. We have onions, garlic and spring onion here. oof.

Pasta is done. Up into the oven pot. Mix your vegetables in.

OH and now...

We need two eggs. And spices. And a bit of milk. Mix them. MIX MIX MIX. Pour over pasta and veggies.

If you are fancy you can garnish it with cheese and spring onion. UP TO THE OVEN FOR 25 MINUTES.

ENJOY.

... the fancy human added pumpkin seeds later on. And had some yogurt with herbs to go with it.

Realtor: How can we sell this 2002 home in Janesville, WI for 20k more than Zillow says it's worth? I know! It's almost Halloween. We'll put Jason Voorhees in every photo! 4bds, 3ba, 3,340 sq ft, $650k.

Not sure if I like the way this open concept kitchen/living room is set up.

And, there are also stairs right next to it. You can see Chef Voorhees in the kitchen, there.

He is such a pest. You go to put a load of laundry in, and drop a load, and he's hiding behind the door.

The primary bedroom's large, but plain.

You can't even take a bath, b/c that pest is in the tub.

Try to take a shower, he's in there, too.

The other 3 bedrooms are average size. Now, he's in the way if you want to put your stuff in the closet.

Blocking the stairs to the basement. So much carpet in the home. It's clean, but it's too light and too much.

He's down in the rec room. I would definitely prefer a hard floor down here.

I went to the county fair and there was a doll sized quilt show happening in the fiber arts hall?!

A long time dream has been realized!

This girl needs some work, but for TEN FRIGGEN DOLLARS she was coming home with me one way or the other.

As time passes I’ll be painting and putting different hardware in. For now, I enjoy the crew being out of my way. lol.

My mouse has her first outfit. She isn't ready for adventuring yet so she got a house dress and apron for helping out with chores.

a custom commission for @honeykiwis! they wanted a supportive, positive adventuring buddy that's mostly humanoid but not quite human, and the design beyond that was left up to me. i came up with this jackalope boy, and i'm super happy with him. every time i'm commissioned to make a fullset, i look at the finished project like. goddamn. i really should make more clothes & accessories.

[and then i proceed to make zero clothes & accessories until someone again pays me to, because sculpting new dolls distracts me from styling old ones.]

also, as a fun little extra thing, his backpack closes with a magnet -> can hold small trinkets.
