What's going down in the factory today? Here we are! The fermentation process of cocoa beans. Besides just being a pretty good looking piece of chocolate there is a lot that has to be done at the factory before we can start making chocolate.

Exhibit A: The process of fermentation.

This harvest is a test sample of the fermentation process. It's being tested to see if fermentation is complete, and it's not yet ready as the seeds are indicating that it needs to be fermented a little longer. This is just one of the many other tasks that are done at the factory that requires the knowledge and experience necessary for producing good chocolate. In other words, you gotta have the beans!

We are so excited for our next batch of Wonka bar releases and can't wait to share them with you all. In the meantime, enjoy our current chocolates and stay tuned for what's to come!

What's your favorite McDonald's menu item and what's your favorite restaurant?

I don't eat McDonald's. The only thing I actually get from there are their caramel frappes & pancakes. Other than that, I don't buy their food as far as their burgers. My favorite restaurant is Cheesecake Factory or the Hard Rock Cafe. They're on the same level for me. 🙉

Nah, I'm Native American & Caucasian (unfortunately, that means my ancestors were pillaged by European colonizers, so I kind of always hated being half white & for that reason I only identify as Native American. Classifying me as white is rude as fuck & the biggest insult ever, tbh).

Do you guys know that movie where a group of people go to a nightclub called Vortex & they get sucked into the nightlife, then they want to leave but the music keeps them trapped & they end up dancing for eternity on loop against their will & they can't die, it's like symbolic for hell?

That's what being on Tumblr is like. I'm trapped. It's hell. I tried to get out but shit I'm already here, so let's boogie down, down, down. 🎵 🎶🕺
