Aenasius sp Nugget. 🥹🥹 Encyrtid wasps are about as close to nuggets of pure serotonin as one can find in the wild. One of her species eluded me a week or so ago and I was overjoyed to find another today. She's like a Very Compact Pink Cuckoo Wasp, with that sorta golf-ball texture. 💜

This is a swallowtail moth. They have a very short season but if I'm lucky, in summer a small number of them drop by. What a joy. Pls enjoy this moth because the world feels better knowing they exist 💖🦋
