a quick reminder that my reply time does not equate to how interested i am in writing with you or your muse ! i am a slow writer when it comes to replies - this is my hobby and i have to prioritise mental health , work , studying or whatever else is going on in my life . sometimes my muse will be fickle , and i’ll have energy for certain threads or asks over others ! this does not mean i have forgotten about you or your muse . i love each and every one of my roleplay partners , and i appreciate your patience endlessly ! i’ll always be available if you want to scream about our babies , and i look forward to when i do have the energy to respond to our things <3

❝ Ơf͠ ̡c̛our̨se, ̛o̕f̕ ̧c͞oùrse! ❞ the demon laughed, voice shrill and high. He was rocking back and forth on the balls of his feet, a manic ball of bursting energy. The sight of blood tends to brighten his mood.

❝ Drawing blood is always necessary, always the answer! A̢ͨ͜͞Lͫ̔̓̑̾͋W̔͞͝Ă̴ͩ̈̇Yͣ͂̑̑̒͞͏Ş͛̿̓̃͐͑̕͞! Doesn’t matter the question or situation! ❞ Anti’s voice is filled with static, a piercing noise. His neck wound wept more blood, dripping down the demon’s front and soaking his dark shirt. ❝ Tell me, Dullahan, didja have fun? ❞

Red, green, blue. Red, green, blue. The haphazard colours reflected chaotically in the whites of Mireya’s distant eyes, her gaze only shifting to take Anti in after his manic laughter broke the silence of the room. Whatever he’d said to her had gone in one of the ‘doll’s’ ears and out of the other.

All of a sudden, Mireya giggled with him, though the gesture was soft and hollow. The smile that lingered bore an undercurrent of pain. She looked down into her lap, a bloodied knife dormant on the ruined fabric. Even the knife itself was damaged, as if someone had taken a good chunk out of the sharp metal.

“I killed him.” She said. Where the knife had come from was a mystery. It could have been one of Anti’s that had been carelessly left somewhere, or it might have belonged to the victim that was now scattered into puzzle pieces all around the dark room. “I killed him with this knife. Now I’m almost like you.”

The demon is giggling to himself, continuing his mindless doodling in the blood. His gaze flickers between the blood, the  s c a t t e r e d  pieces of the corpse and his doll. So many interesting things to view in this moment. Where to look, where to look?

A quiet giggle joins his own, and Anti snaps his eyes towards Mireya. A wicked grin now on his lips. 

❝Yͣͬͣ̀͌óu͑ ̷̈͂ͥ͋̃̿̽did,❞ he hums. ❝You killed him good and dead! And made such a p̶ret̸t͠y͡ me̕ss̸.❞ Anti glitches out, disappearing and reappearing around the room, taking in the gore of the butchered body. (Impressive) The weapon, a spare knife belonging to Anti, did it’s job. Although it seemed to take some unfortunate damage in the process, it would be rather useless now.

Almost like Anti? Oh, sweet little doll. No one is like Anti.

❝Nah, if you were anything like me you’d be laughing right now,❞ the demon points out, almost scoffing. ❝You would be celebrating! You would be ecstatic and exploding!❞ As if to show an example Anti himself glitches wildly, bursts of static and color where he stands.

The touch of her fingertips on his skin makes his arm  g l i t c h  and shiver, little bursts of static following in their wake. Anti’s hand is surprisingly still, the blade pressed steadily to the other’s throat. ❝It could be,❞ he hums, curious about her reaction, watching closely. Most people freeze, cry, or deliver such sweet little whimpers when his knife is so near. Not Jinx. And frankly, that’s more fun. Unpredictable. As long as the demon wasn’t seeking those other reactions, which right now he wasn’t, the girl was lucky to not have her throat slit and spilling blood this very second. ❝Would ya like it? I wouldn’t mind giving ya a stab, might even let ya pick the spot!❞ Anti giggled, a high pitched sound that pierced the air.

His form flickers in and out, irritated at the assumption his presence needs to be tolerated. ( which was likely true...definitely true ) But still, it makes a low growl rumble in his chest before he scoffs at her. Jinx is lucky he enjoys this game as much as she does. always watching, always playing

Again static dances in the air around them, demon eyes going black as ink with the hint of pain shooting up his arm as blunt nails dug into his pale skin. Jinx grinned wide, throat getting almost impossibly closer the blade. Anti glances down, almost annoyed at the fact she could have cut herself before he had the chance.

That train of thought leaves as quickly as it came, Jinx’s questions catching his attention instead. Anti looks around them, dark hues seeing nothing but air surrounding them. He’s disappointed, for a second, wanting to see her delusions. Hoping they would appear as he does, distorted and wrong. It would have been fun to have more things like himself to torment and play with little miss Jinxy.

Of course he doesn’t say there is nothing no one there. Where would the  f u n  in that be? No, instead his lips curl into a cruel smile, eyes flashing wildly. ❝He̡̕͞e̷̢h͢͠e̷͢eh̢̕a͞a̡he̡̛ę́hȩe͘!!!❞ Anti cackled, static and flashes of redgreenblue around him.  ❝I see everything, don’t you know that by now? Real? Not real? I see it all!❞ He continues laughing, it growing louder and more manic as Jinx pulls away. The demon lets her, this now more interesting to him then a knife to the throat. ❝S̵H̢̀͘U̧T̡U̕͢P͏́͜SHU̡T́̕U̴̸P̸S͡͡H̵͡U͏T̨͡U̧͟͡P̶!̴ ̀͡H͏͘͞A̢̡H̕͝AHA͜͡A̧҉͝A̷̸͞!̕❞

Little giggles burst forth from her mouth, even when they don’t belong. ❝ What’s all this, then? A present? For little old me? ❞ Her hand trails up his arm, dragging over it until multicolored nails land upon the occupied hand. They splay out just to get a chance to touch the knife. Cold steel, though she can feel it upon her throat as well. It pierces her with its chill, peaceful upon her throat otherwise.

Not for long, the shadows mock. He’ll kill you eventually. You’re just a J I N X AND THAT’S ALL YOU’LL EVER–

They stop talking. It’s just to allow Anti to say his piece, confirming all of it, pulling at every insecurity nestled within her chest. Yet her expression refuses to break. Momentary insanity leaves her eyes flicking away from him, but it’s not enough to pull her attention away entirely.

❝O̡ͣͤ̅h̒͋ ̵͊̉̒͐͋ͭǹ͊͐̂́o͆̾͝, I bet it was beautiful in a  b e a u t i f u l  sort of way!❞ Anti corrects the other, pitchy voice giddy as he takes in the sight. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and this beholder finds beauty in the dark and twisted and gory. 

His movements are erratic, arms gesturing wildly around, incapable of being still. He happily pictures pristine, white snow slowly being stained crimson as the blood seeps and soaks in. ❝We should bring more stories like that to life. Bring true beauty to this boring, bland world!❞
