“Why shouldn’t I eat toothpaste? It’s a free world. Why shouldn’t I chew my toenails? I happen to have trodden in some honey. Why shouldn’t I prance across central park with delicate sideways leaps? I know what your answer will be: “it isn’t done”. But it’s no earthly use just saying it isn’t done. If there’s a reason why it isn’t done, give the reason — if there’s no reason, don’t attempt to stop me doing it. All other things being equal, the mere fact that something “isn’t done” is in itself an excellent reason for doing it.”

Please reblog, this is so important.

I think what made the Mythbusters special was this: of course they would always ask, and test, “could the circumstances of the myth produce the described result?” but they ALSO always took the extra step to “under what circumstances, no matter how extreme, could the described result be achieved? ” and it was fucking spectacular every time
ahh, i do adore the old days of pokemon where you'd get a ton of odd glitches like this happening.
There's also the glitch in Stadium with at least a few glitch mons where if you look at them they turn into a Rhydon.

Another sketch brought to you by #paleostream!
Brachiosuchus is a large and weird dyrosaurid, a clade of a already weird crocodilomorphs. It had a very long and proportionally large skull, tall neural spines in the shoulder area and most importantly arms that where longer than it's hindlimbs. Yet it appears to have been marine and not terrestrial.
The success of a croc’s ambush lies in the nanoscopic scuba tanks—hemoglobins—that course through its bloodstream, unloading oxygen from lungs to tissues at a slow but steady clip that allows it to go hours without air.

so uh this is an interesting one. i don't normally do these but this would technically mean that this:
would be in Monster Hunter Rise. either that or Deep Rock galactic, i'd need to check Steam to see which one of those i technically played last.
Thinking of this little puffball decked out in Monster Hunting gear ready to capture a monster like Mitsusune or the whirlwind monkey guy (etc.) or carrying a big ol' Gold Chunk/the big green ore stuff/ the big purple ore stuff/ glitchy cube is insanely fun to think about. i don't know if i could ever draw that at the skill level i'm at right now, but it is now taking up space in my head.
The last character you drew/wrote about is now stuck in the last game you played. How screwed are they?
What's a day in Mayview if it doesn't include falling from a great height?

The Mexican alligator lizard is an endangered species of arboreal lizard native to the states of Veracruz and adjacent Puebla, Mexico. They grow to around 12 inches in length, are mainly insectivorous, and give birth to live young.
The species is threatened by illegal collection for the pet trade, deforestation, and degradation of habitat, largely through the conversion of land to agricultural use.
