Adie’s Eyebrows // Saccharine Palette Recolors

After releasing my recolor of AH00B’s Sarah Hair (get it here) I obviously had to recolor some eyebrows to match, so I chose Adie’s collection of 6 eyebrow styles, which are far and away my favorite CC eyebrows (read: the only ones I have installed bc they’re all I use 😂). So here they are! 6 gorgeous eyebrow styles in the Saccharine palette!

Finally got around to showing off the results of my “ Breeding out the Ugly” challenge.

It was a funny experience, I wished a lot of them stayed as babies cause ugly mumma can make some cute as heck babies! Was heavily disappointed when they grew up. My favourite generation is gen 5 (had to give her a little crown) I am so happy with her!! 

Tbh, don’t know what happened to the last-gen (they all became vampires after 5th) but he just turned into demon spawn.

Decided I wanted to try out the “breed out the ugly” challenge. I’m not usually involved in these sims challenges as I am more involved with just creating sims, but I thought I could take a break from that and actually play the game!

I am going based on Vixella’s youtube video. Meaning I will be going to about the tenth generation. I will definitely be using the MC command center for this (Because I have no patience)

I might make a photo shoot of all the generations, I’m not quite sure yet!

P.S Now that I am looking at my sim, she is definitely not as ugly as some of the sims I have seen!

When I created this account: This has been an old account that has laid dormant for quite some time now! I couldn’t tell you when.

Why I created this account: Originally it was just to look at people’s art, now it has become a place to put up my blog post and sim creations.

Elplin and Rumarin: Was This a Good Idea?

The first night in the new house was hard for Elplin, she had never been far apart from her mother and the thought of living away from her was starting to settle in. She stayed up all night on the phone to her, patting her new found companion Majora every now and then. 

Rumarin however just stared at the ceiling in his pitch black room. “Did I make the right decision agreeing to this” he murmurs. He sighs turns over and closes his eyes, however, his sleep quality was questionable at best.

Morning comes, Rumarin was up and already having a thoughtful shower, a good way to start a brand new day. Rumarin finishes up, gets changed then proceeds to check up on Elplin. He knocks gently, nothing. 

“Hey Elplin you in there?” no reply.

He slowly opens the door, the room was pitch black, just before he walks in he hears a hiss and a white furball runs out the room, scaring him half to death. Rumarin figures that Elplin is still asleep and decides to leave her be, slowly closing the door and heading downstairs to make breakfast and go for a jog.

Elplin woke up hearing Majora hiss and Rumarin’s small yelp of fear. She turns her bedside table on and lays in bed a little longer.

“Did I move out too soon” She whispers to her phone as she reads her mum’s goodnight message. She gets up and tries to cheer up by having a bubble bath, after all, she is a young adult now she knew she had to move and start her own life eventually. This was simply a hurdle and she knows she can overcome it.

She gets dressed, Majora was waiting for her on top of the kitchen counter waiting for food. Elplin quickly teaches her not to do that and begins to look through the fridge. The fridge was fully stocked with food. Elplin smiles and internally thanks Rumarin for shopping yesterday. She feels Majora’s fluffy tail rub against her leg. “Sadly cat food is the one thing we don’t have”. 

Elplin shortly after buys a food bowl and feeds Majora. The cat instantly ran to the bowl and ate everything.  Elplin pats her and tells her how such a good cat she is.

“ Thanks for telling me you had a cat” Elplin hears from behind. She turns around and sees a sweaty Rumarin coming back home from his jog. Rumarin sits down on the closest chair, trying to catch his breath.

“To be honest I didn’t have a cat till yesterday, I found her as I was moving in,” Elplin says as she walks over to a bookshelf searching for a book to read. 

“ Well, you seem to have chosen one that hates your roommate” He responds, giving dirties to Majora who seems to be guarding Elplin. 

“ I’m sure she will like you in due time, don’t be disheartened,” Elplin says through a smirk and decides to sit next to Rumarin. Majora sits at Elplin’s feet staring at Rumarin. 

Rumarin looks over and sees Elplin reading a certain book that sent shivers down his spine. Elplin was reading ‘ Encyclopedia Vampirica Volume 1′

What do you guys think of my newest sim? I am still unsure what to name her but for now, she is Elplin (perhaps from a different dimension?)

Elplin and Rumarin: Finally Met

Elplin finishes pampering her new found companion and takes her inside. 

“I think I will call you Majora” 

The cat meows almost like in agreement and begins to purr. Elplin looks out the window and notices that it is getting dark, she begins to wonder when her roommate will return home. “You would think they would hurry home to meet me” she sighs as she puts the cat down and walks to the couch. May as well watch tv to pass the time. 

Elplin eventually falls asleep on the comfy couch but is soon interrupted by the sound of a door. She jerks herself up and looks to the door to see an unfamiliar man who is just as frightened as her by her sudden movements. 

“uh, hi you must be Elplin right?” a nervous smile appears on the guy’s face “My name is Rumarin, I left the note on the door’. Elplin rubs her eyes a little bit to adjust her sight and notices Rumarin is carrying a lot of bags at once. 

“Hey Rumarin, want any help with those?” she points at the overload of groceries in his arms, the plastic handles are starting to make his hand go purple, but still he musters up some pride and bumps up his chest. “ Na, I got this” you could hear the struggle in his breath as he waddles over to the fridge to put everything away.

“So my mum thought having you be my roommate was a good idea?” Elplin says as she makes her way to the kitchen to get a better look at Rumarin. “Why? Is there a problem with me being here?” Rumarin quickly stands straight and waits for Elplin’s reply, eager to hear her response.

Elplin blushes and quickly looks the other way “NO! I am just surprised is all, ahh I have to ring my mum, yeah tell her I got here safely and all that” she quickly runs upstairs to her room. Rumarin shakes his head and smirks, he notices the TV is still on so he decides to sit down and watch it.

After a couple of minutes of watching tv and listening to Elplin scream at her mother over the phone about him, Rumarin feels a sharp pain in his leg. He quickly lifts his leg up and looks down. He sees Majora staring at him. “ This must be Elplin’s cat or something, her mother could have given me a heads up” He goes to pat her on her fluffy white head but is quickly shooed away by Majora trying to swipe him. She lets out a hiss and runs upstairs to Elpliin.

“Asshole” 

Rumarin looks at the time and notices it is almost 10pm. Deciding it was a good time to go to bed he slowly makes his way upstairs, turning off all the lights on his way up. He still hears Elplin carry on to her mum and decided it was just best to just go to sleep.

Rumarin lays in his single bed in his bare room and finally begins to drift asleep until he felt his bed move and soft fur against his leg.

“Asshole”

Elplin and Rumarin: New Start

Elpin has decided to leave the nest and venture into the world to finally begin her life! 

After hours of driving, she has finally arrived in Brindleton Bay, known for its beautiful ocean views and the island Deadgrass Isle home to the pet cemetery and dozens of stray cats and dogs. Elplin was determined to help as many animals as she can due to her love for them.

She drives up the driveway and gets her first look at her new house. “Why are there so many plants?” she wonders, she doesn’t mind though, that just means fresh air and colour. Her house was big and spacious, way too big for just one lonely girl.

Before she moved she decided she should have a roommate to help with the costs of living and to have someone to socialise with. Her mother was concerned about her daughter's wellbeing and thought it was best to pick a good enough roommate for her. Elplin hasn’t met her roommate yet and is quite nervous to meet them.

She makes her way to the front door, on it was a note that reads:

Stepped out to gather groceries, back soon, excited to meet you -Rumarin.

Who was Rumarin? The name doesn’t give off a female vibe. HAS MOTHER ALLOWED A GUY TO LIVE WITH ELPLIN!?

She decides to walk on in and start unpacking her stuff, the house was beautifully decorated with paintings, ornaments and ocean-related items; it felt cozy and Elplin was glad she wasn’t the one to set it up. She drags her suitcase upstairs and sees another note on a bedroom door. 

This is my room, be grateful I chose the small one - Rumarin

“Thanks, I guess” she murmurs as she continues down the hallway to the room at the very end. She opens it up and was greeted to a beautiful room with a spacious bed. She starts to unpack pleased with how everything is turning out but one thing was on her mind. Rumarin, what if they are a boy? What if they don’t get along. WHAT IF SHE LIKES HIM!?

She shakes her head clear of those thoughts and continues unpacking, but that was cut short as she heard a loud crash outside. She immediately stops and rushes downstairs to the front door. Did Rumarin have an accident? 

She opens the door and sees a smashed pot on the ground and next to it was a really dirty cat. “Aw poor guy what happened to you?” she picks up the shaking animal and brings it inside. She checks for a collar, nothing. She frowns and heads for the bathroom wanting to clean the poor creature. As she was cleaning she realized that the cat was a gorgeous white. The cat looked visibly pleased and leans into her. Elplin gets a warm fuzzy feeling and pats it. “Too cute, I think I will keep you” She dries the cat off and lets it roam the house as she walks outside to clean up the mess.

She begins cleaning and hears the cat meowing at the door, confused she opens the door to see what it wants. It ran straight to her legs and didn’t leave her side. “ Safe to say you want to stay here too ha?” The cat purrs and hops on the bench outside watching her. Elplin smiles and finishes off cleaning up the pot. 

She walks over to the cat and begins pampering it. “ I wonder if Rumarin likes cats”
