Very much so! It's definitely outdated and filled with weird people. But I'm afraid it has some downsides as well.

the reason the forgers haven’t discovered each other’s covers yet is because they both have not idea what constitutes a regular person
So about Fyodor's ability we've only ever seen him use it on people and the only info we have on it is that it can like blow their brains up (since that's all we've seen it do iirc) and that it's named Crime and Punshiment.
As we all know Fyodor has a weird type of a god complex i guess you could say?? Basically he has decided he has the power to pick who should and shouldn't existed and picked ability users as the ones that shouldn't. Except himself. (from what i can understand)
He believes he has the right to pass judgment on such a thing as someone's very existence and punishes people based on whether he perceives them to have a committed a crime or not.

From its name and what we've seen of it so far i think Fyodor's ability works in a way similar to court except he's judge, jury and executioner.
He is the judge of whether someone's life has been a sin or not, in this case ability users, and then executes them accordingly.
So in short how i perceive Fyodor's ability is that it only works on people Fyodor sees as criminals according to his own morals and ideals. Thus he can use it on any ability user and on only those non ability users who he sees as wrong and "evil" to put it in a very very very simplified way.
It's definitely more complicated than whether he sees the person as "evil" or not but yeah basically this is what I think it is.
Which also ties into my theory that Fyodor CAN'T use his ability to break out of the water tank area thing because the walls themselves are not something Fyodor does or CAN ever perceive as criminals and thus cannot blow them up. Even if he blames Dazai or hell even the guards for losing so easily he would only be able to attack them and not the gates.
Therefore, Fyodor is gonna die.
"filler" is so misused bc anime filler is a really specific phenomenon where the animators can't fill their allotted episode count with material from the manga so they invent side stories or pad existing plots out. if something isn't an anime that was adapted from a manga it literally can't have that kind of filler. then people start to apply the concept to simply "episodes of a show that don't move the plot forward" and I don't even know why that's a problem bc if done well theres nothing wrong with those. having episodes with low stakes makes the ones with high stakes more impactful, and breathing room between major developments makes them more exciting when they do happen. some people seem to have this idea that filler = boring, plot = good, and I wish they would lose that mindset
People think Chuuya joining the ADA will be him and Kunikida teaming up against Dazai's antics and having a mutual bond over having the Worst of partners when like
Kunikida will probably have to babysit TWO grown-ass children because they can't be in a room for five seconds without being at each other's throats.

Don't ask me this I can't give you an answer (all of them. Goddamn. All of them). The most memorable one is the first one and "night off". The shenanigans there is so sweet. I love that Kaeya suffers from Diluc's godawful pet-naming (I think it's cute. Kaeya can suck it). But I love all of them!

This is the memory of a 16 year old girl Katya from Mariupol. I translated it to English and I cried while translating. Please read this. Don't scroll. Don't be ignorant and indifferent.
Do you know the feeling of pain? Once I fell in love with a boy but he didn't love me back, and I thought that it was painful. Turned out that the real pain is to see your mother dying with your own eyes. And to see your brother coming to her again and again, asking her: "Mommy, please, don't sleep, you'll freeze". And we'll never visit her grave. She got left in the cold and dark basement.
We peed, slept and ate our last portions of food in the same basement.
Once uncle Kolya caught a pigeon, I think on the fifth or sixth day, and we fried it and we ate it. And then we all puked.
Mom held on until the end, she died three days before we evacuated.
I told my brother that she's sleeping deeply and that we shouldn't wake her up. But, I think, he understood everything. He understood back then when our lady neighbor died and we couldn't put her outside and she started smelling. And then it became quiet for awhile, uncle Kolya put her outside and got blown up by a hidden grenade (my note, this word "rastyajka" means a grenade with a string attached to it, not a stray bomb. It was put to kill civilians coming out from the basements). Mom cried a lot. After Dad's death, uncle Kolya was the closest person to us.
The dead bodies stink so much.
They were everywhere. I closed my brother's eyes with Mom's scarf so he didn't have to see it. When we were running I almost threw up several times.

If he existed, we wouldn't have had to suffer so much. My Mother never, you hear me, NEVER did anything bad. She never even left uncle Kolya in another room until she got married. She went to church and confessed often, and so did I. Uncle Kolya gave up smoking so Mom wouldn't worry about him sinning. And your god took her away. You know what? I think I'm going to come back to Mariupol. And I'm gonna live on the same place as before. And everyday come into the basement of the new building to put flowers.
It's also scary when the kids cry when it's forbidden. It's forbidden because we needed to not be heard.
These monsters found people in the basements and killed them. Those, who survived, told us that the russian soldiers could rape kids, the elderly and even dead bodies.
