I really feel like Tenma sometimes regretted leaving Japan and not accepting being the director of his father’s hospital. But at the same time not wanting to go back there.

Damn I really want more information about the relationship with his family.

Like, Tenma family had all the money and the power to help Kenzo but they didn’t even care about him, it’s horrible.

I think it's funny they nuked grimmer's ankles in the anime for almost every scene

except for when he's beat up. In which they take their time panning up his whole form.
