Yes that is "Steins;Gate", and Yes he did tilt the tv, I tried to get him to fix what he did, but he didn't smh my head
Caroline used all her braincells last night just to figure out i was using one of the treats to get her to eat the kibble, then she spent the rest of the evening trying to catch her tail again, that oddly fluffy kitten is apparently gonna be my grandparents' new cat
