You can do the thing you have been dreading to do, focus on how relieved you will feel after doing it

Focus on doing things to make yourself feel better, however small they might seem

You don't have to do everything you envisioned for the week; if you are too tired, rest before trying to finish your to do list

You don't have to perform to others while you do tasks at work, or at school, or while socializing with people; it's okay to show up as you are, be authentic and not try to impress everyone all time

Witch Crafts:  Witch Ball

Witch balls have been a part of pagan tradition for many years. Their purpose is to protect the home and its inhabitants from evil and harm.   Traditionally, you made a witch ball every year to seal fortune and protection for the next twelve months.  You can hang this ornament in a window, over a doorway, in a bedroom or even outdoors; wherever you feel it would serve its purpose the best. It would look lovely as a Christmas or Yule decoration as well!

You can purchase empty ornaments and bottles from craft stores, or re-use old light bulbs for this!  Fill it with the following:  

Sprigs of Lavender to encourage a calm, peaceful environment

Chamomile Flowers to aid in relieving anxiety

Yarrow, Roses and Rose Quartz crystals to encourage self-love and love in relationships

Jasmine Flowers to attract wealth  and sweet dreams

Cinnamon to draw happiness and  comfort

You could also include:

A seashell and a shark tooth to incorporate the magic of the sea

Curly pods (because they are so cute!)

Cloves to attract good luck and prosperity

Anise wards off the evil eye

Other tiny crystals for added energy

A bay leaf for protection

I saw a post in December 2022 about how the person has been living to code and ways of “normal” society. It didn’t work for them. They then stated that 2023 is now going to be their “delusional” year. This moved my soul somehow. I decided to fully give in to the universe and the myriad of “coincidences” that have occurred over the years and years of looking into the mystic.

Tonight I did my first spell jar, picture above! I’ve done spells before, but I’ve never used ingredients nor created much in the physical to represent my spell, just scripting and intention. But I loved doing it. It felt natural to me and I can’t wait to do another one. I’m giving this seed chance to flourish over the next lunar cycle and I’m excited to experience the results.
