"Oooh, it's bad for vampires to take from blood banks. Because that's stealing from sick people who need it!"
The vampire will die if they don't get blood. I'd say that's a damn good example of "needing" it. Think about it for 3 fucking seconds. If there existed a group of people that need to consume human blood to survive in real life, do you know what that would be classified as? A fucking chronic illness, a DISABILITY.
Honestly that whole concept, of "risking your life by attacking strangers just to not starve is more ethical than using a public healthcare resource, actually", could actually work pretty well as in metaphor for the demonization of disabled people's right to not constantly struggle and take the "hard way". People want disabled people to struggle, to not take the 'easy way" like mobility aids or pain medication, to not listen to their bodies and rest when they need, to just be constant inspiration porn for ableds.
Can you imagine being a vampire, sobbing on the floor of a hospital as your fangs puncture the plastic skin of an IV bag, berating yourself for "stealing resources" just to survive, knowing that the people who would call you a monster for this would rather you risk getting beaten to death by risking a bite from a person. There's no one in your life who can consent to your teeth. No one you can count on for help.
God, doesn't that just feel poignant?
Am I the only person who can't sleep because he wonders how the whole play was?
"Romeo, Juliet and the prisoner of Azkaban: The return of the kings" is such a great idea and I need to know how the plot is!
Like, Neito as Romeo? That's hilarious as hell!
If anyone knows a fanfic where this play is, please tell me, I need to know how it continues.
I mean, I already started writing it on my own, but I still need it, for ideas or just so I can sleep
That play was great and no one ever talks about it, that's so sad :(

reblog if you’ve read fanfictions that are more professional, better written than some actual novels. I’m trying to see something
So, I know we are all wondering what Fumikages bird type is
The mha wiki says it's possibly from a raven or a crow
Uhm, no, this is whether a crow or a raven, both of this bird types have a black beak which is far longer and sharper
But Fumikage has a yellow, much more shorter beak, so here are my three theories:
The Asian Koel
It would fit for several reasons:
It is black
It has red eyes
It's omnivorous
But the beak has the wrong colour, it's more light yellow and the head form is slightly off
2. The Eurasian blackbird
It's black
It has the yellow beak
But it has not the red eyes, it eats also mostly seeds and other plant stuff
3. The Alpine chough
(It's my favourite from all three birds)
It's black
It has the yellow beak
It's omnivorous
The red eyes are missing again but beside that it fits perfectly
In short: I believe Fumikages bird head is from the alpine chough
I also like this headcanon because the alpines are also in france and it would be funny if he could speak french, Aoyama would be so happy
This makes me thinking... is Hawks really a redtailed hawks? Because they are not entirely red and stuff
(I won't do research on him, all my redtailed hawk related headcanons would be gone and i don't want that xD)
A dating service where matching is based on people’s search history exists. You’re a serial killer. You go on a date with a writer.
"You're drunk." The villain sighed as they looked at the Hero tumbling on the deserted street.
"What do you mean? I'm just a little tipsy. Look, could I do this if I was drunk?" The hero started tap dancing around the villain.

This is how I come up with a story by getting inspiration from things I already love (books, movies, shows, even pictures). Don't worry this isn't copying, this is mushing ingredients you love in a blender until you have your perfect smoothie.
If you are doing short stories choose scenes instead of whole stories.
You can also mix this with an idea you already have to help develop it
Make a list of your top 5 favorite stories you've watched or read recently (it doesn't have to be just 5, but you need at least 4).
Make a list of the 4 main elements of a story (genre, plot, characters, and theme)
Choose one story for each element. Wha is your favorite thing about that story? Maybe its the characters? The plot? Write it down.
Now use the genre, plot ideas (make sure its a basic version of the plot don't copy it word for word), characters, and theme to blend your smoothie into your own original story.
Writing prompts can be good ideas but they're an external event. Not a story. For that you need an emotional connection or a reason to care (for you and your readers). If you don't care why would your reader?
Let me know if you have any questions 🩷
