Y dado que estos cambios no se estan difundiendo en su justa medida, algunos/as de nosotros, estamos buscando dar a conocer estos diferentes movimientos de conscienciacion de mujeres que se estan dando en todo el Planeta.

COMO PODRAN APRECIAR EN LA IMAGEN...

La primera pic tiene que ver con cursos, conferencias, workshops etc que se estan dando en muchos paises, para contribuir a que mas mujeres se empoderen, que aprendan a utilizar diferentes herramientas sociales de capacitacion de personal, etc.

La 2º tiene que ver con otro aspecto de estos movimientos, que es que muchas mujeres que adquieren puestos de liderazgo, les esta gustando encontrar sus propias maneras de liderar. Esto implica por ejemplo, que se cansan del modelo toxico y sumamente enfermizo y competitivo que proviene del Patriarcado, donde cada lider busca, por sobre todo, su bienestar y aunque no lo quieran admitir, compiten de maneras deshonestas entre ellos...

De ahi que hay lideres que buscan crear su propio grupito de trabajo donde contratan a otras mujeres, pero para crear sus propios estilos, mucho mas cordiales, mas desde un aspecto femenino.

Una vez que logran alcanzar cierto grado de poder y auto confianza, ya buscaran abrirse a trabajar con varones y mujeres por igual. Por supuesto, que no todas las empresas o Pymes permiten este tipo de elecciones de personal, pero esto, al menos, esta mostrando otro tipo de busquedas de liderazgo, que no consistan siempre en imitar la forma toxica que muchas veces hemos visto en el liderazgo masculino...

La 3º imagen representa a cantidad de mujeres que ellas, por si mismas, estan tomando capacitacion en distintos workshops, cursos, etc es decir, no se quedan con lo establecido o lo que les enseñaron en las universidades, sino que ambicionan mucho mas.

La 4º tiene que ver con algo que antes no se veia tan en auge, que son los movimientos de chicas adolescentes que estan, tambien, participando en encuentros femeninos de capacitacion y de liderazgo, de modo que estas chicas ya vienen con esta nueva vision y se la estan transmitiendo a sus compañeras de clase en escuelas, universidades, etc. Lo malo de todo esto es que estos movimientos recien se estan dando, falta todavia mucho por transmitir y emprender...

Sinceramente, deseo que estos cambios se puedan acelerar y que dejemos de competir unos con otros, para comenzar otras formas de relacionarnos, sera eso posible?
