Hey bunblrs,
Sorry for the post, unrelated to the content you are all here for. I just wanted to get something off my chest.
There is a mental health crisis among young people today. We suffer from anxiety and depression, and many of us have felt, do, or may feel suicidal at some point in our lives. Please, please, do not add to other peoples’ potential low self-esteem. You never know what someone is going through. You don’t know how low they may feel. Society seems to have taught us that other people are disposable. Far too often, I see someone seeking advice on how to approach a toxic friend, and the response is always the same - “just drop them.” I have never liked this attitude. Yes, you may have a toxic friend in your life. I certainly have. Cutting them from your life may seem like the easiest solution, or the least messy. But it’s not nice. It’s a mean thing to do. Everyone deserves an explanation as to why they are being ignored, why their messages aren’t being responded to, why you don’t want to see them anymore.
I have had this done to me far too many times in my short life. I’ve had friends I’ve known since I was a toddler drop me when we were teenagers. I’ve had acquaintances ignore my messages. You name it, it’s happened to me. As a result, I suffer from extreme anxiety, low self-esteem and self-worth, and have been in and out of counselling for my depression for several years now.
Recently, this has happened to me again. I thought everything was fine, had plans to spend time with a new friend. And now, nothing. I’m not even worth a text, in this person’s eyes. It’s not a nice feeling.
Please, bunblrs, treat people kindly. Don’t ghost someone because they aren’t convenient to you anymore. Everyone deserves an explanation.
Please share this. Reblog. Show friends and family. And know you’re not alone, there’s always someone there to listen. X

Practical Suggestions for Home Improvements, 1936

Good morning cute.
white is the color of traditional korean, chinese, and japanese funeral attire.
we seek something ineffable. always there is this emptiness, this longing for something forgotten that once was, and now eludes us. peace, contentment, love, all can be found in it. what is it? merely a memory? is it a home that we once had, not one built by hands….? will death bring us back to this blessed state? i believe it will.

Isn’t that white-lined black cross on a red field flag a Nazi flag? Are we going to talk about how wonderful it is a Nazi gets a nice halfway house? NO, it most certainly isn’t a nazi flag. the norwegian resistance movement fought valiantly AGAINST the 3rd reich. please don’t slander norway and its people and history.
Norwegian prisons are nicer than my apartment.
