A reminder I manifested ♡
Yesterday I was feeling a bit burnt out, and on my way to the mall I assumed that if I go there I’ll see or hear something that’ll make me feel inspired again.
So anyway, here it is!
While I was in line, waiting to purchase some shoes, just casually minding my business.
I overheard heard some people in front of me having a conversation. A girl goes, “I remember there’s something.. I forgot what it’s called, let me google it,”
I’m only half listening at this point, until I hear her say, “Yes, the placebo effect, that’s it!” that instantly grabbed my attention lol
Her mum and another lady exclaimed, “Oh yes, the placebo effect!” the mum goes, “You know what I always say, pretend you already have something and then you’ll get it…”
They started basically unknowingly discussing the law of assumption in front of me, and yes it was so inspiring.
Their words kept playing in my head throughout the day!!
chill day routine ♡
hey gals! welcome to my template for a perfect, light day. 𓏲
morning : 8am
rise and shine sunshine, today is the start of a new day!
• brush your teeth and do your skincare routine
• grab a healthy & nutritious breakfast
• do a light exercise and stretch
• take a brisk 5 minute shower, (excluding your hair) to feel rejuvenated for the day!
• listen to a podcast while drawing, journaling or looking through pinterest
• close your eyes and do a 15 minute meditation, visualising your dream life
mid-day: 12pm
• get ready for the day, picking out a cute outfit and doing your makeup
• visit your local thrift shop, looking for cute fits
• go to your local park and read the book you brought in a peaceful, quiet spot
• eat a healthy, filling snack/lunch. taking sips of water.
• do anything productive here or at your local library ~ like editing, writing, studying, duolingo, etc.
evening : 5pm
• eat a nutritious dinner and hydrate yourself
• watch your comfort tv show or movie while snuggled in blankets
• play some comfort video-games or go on pinterest
• take an everything shower, do your skincare and brush your teeth
night : 10pm
• grab a book and read it until your eyes feel like they are getting tired
• sit up and do a 10 minute meditation
• as you close your eyes to sleep, visualise your dream life, drifting asleep as you do it
( 11pm-12am - the sleeping time goal! )
