I’ve never really gotten into a musical while it’s still on Broadway, especially not with its obc, and it’s just so so special. theres something incredible thinking about how in years there’ll be kids getting into the show, watching old soc Saturdays on YouTube, and they’ll never know the feeling of finding out that Daryl was making his dally debut in a couple of hours, or the sorrow when we found out that k cso was leaving, or the sheer joy of watching the outsiders win all of its Tony’s in real time, or the collective fandom freak out when parry was talked about on live for the first time!!! Theres just something so special about watching this fandom grow in real time, and I feel so lucky to be a part of it.
