They’re actually very thoughtful but on Christmas he shrugs it off as just something he saw

Ponyboy gets stressed about gifts because he feels like his brothers are hard to shop for.

He needs it to be good

Soda would make them take Christmas pictures cause that’s what they used to do with their parents

Since pony doesn’t sleep like ever, he would hang out with soda until everyone else woke up.

Darry is grumpy in the morning cause his beauty sleep got interrupted so he makes soda go make his coffee 😭

They go back home and put in a movie

been seeing everywhere that RJs only the first and like yes logically we all knew this but what twisted the knife was someone saying that it’s Emma or Jason next (with Emma auditioning for new shows and Jason’s music career growing) and then main cast contracts closing in march. guys we’re the only outsiders fans that will have witnessed the original cast right from the start and that thought makes me SICK.

so i followed through with that whole brothers au and so now i have a one-shot to test-drive the idea. i hope its decent (im not the best writer)

im usually not very good with requests... *proceeds to write 2000 words in a chap for a chat fic* this dont usually happen even in prose yall 😭

but this chap goes with the hc that pony and twobit are theatre kids so i think that was a catalyst for me to go overboard
