Black people do not have to be exceptional for their right to life!!!!
Repeat after me:
Black people do not have to be exceptional for their right to life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It’s me. I’m the problem. I’m the one who never grew up and now I’m paying the price by feeling like the odd one out in my friend group who I’m starting to think doesn’t care but hey at least none of them are on tumblr to witness me and my low self esteem in all it’s glory so ahahahahaha insecurities pog.
i love these boys with all my heart
you can donate to the minnesota freedom fund to bail out protestors here. I donated $10. if you see this, will you either match my donation or reblog to spread it?
I am so curious about all the tattoos these characters have, istg
I saw this on Facebook and went to check my registration status, sure it was fine because I voted recently, but I put in the info and it said I’m not registered
PLEASE, especially if you’re a Black voter, check your registration status at vote.org
Smooch.
as a chinese person, the number of white-people made aus of monkie kid make me incredibly uncomfortable,,,
i’d be happy to explain the cultural significance of sun wukong in an asian context! but for now, i’d just like to say that the characters like sun wukong are very much integral to our culture and making aus to put them in a white context (ie pirates of the carribbean) is an incredibly disrespectful take, not to mention incredibly ignorant
some of the gods in jttw and monkie kid are still being worshipped today, much like in my family and my friends’ families so i ask that you also don’t include them unless you have done proper research or made by an asian who has made the au
and please please please don’t ignore asian voices. like this is one of the few things that are empowering us in media and to have that taken away and fetishized is so hurtful
white and non asian poc are free to reblog
pls don’t let this flop
