When tablets and "smartphones" first came out, I segregated the term 'app' to those devices. The developers I had to deal with did not like that. (At that point, I had 25 years experience in the computer industry.)

Being high and absorbing as much solar energy as possible is a wonderful thing, I'm sure. There is a way to do it with out paying the high cost as this poor girl is about to experience; sunburn as you come down from a high.
