Due to the news about SHINee Jonghyun passing away by suicide, first of all I hope that his soul can rest in peace now, and my thoughs are with his family, friends and fans.

Second, depression, anxiety or any mental sickness are serious and should be treated as that. People with depression are not sad the whole day, they can laugh, make jokes, smile try to help another one in every single possible way, and as long they are surrounded with people or having a lot of work to do, most people wouldn’t realice they are suffering from depression, but in the exact moment they are leave alone with their thoughs, is when the though battle and the hell begins to take form, is their head who tells them that they are not enough, is their head the one to leads them to belive that they are ruining everything for the rest, that they are wasting space, that they don’t deserve anything and that everyone and everything will be better without them.

It’s the job of the people who surround them to remind them that they are more than enough, that they are not ruining anything, they are not a wast of space, the rest wouldn’t be better without them, that they are loved and apreciated, that their efforts to help others make them deserve the world.

Don’t be frivolous thinking that because they have money and they are famous, that is something that invalidates having problems like the rest of us.

To all the peple who are reading this, you are loved and your life matters, my inbox is open to any single person who needs help, I’m willing to listen and support as much as I can.

Also I found this in twitter and I think it should spread, because someone my be needing it.
