The One Problem I Have With People My Age And Younger Is That A Lot Of Us Do Not Have Hands On Hobbies.

I was wondering if anyone knew a way to get in contact with people from Iran my friend lives their and I'm so worried about her and I have no way of contacting her we communicated through whatsapp but as we know iran has restricted whatsapp and instagram and other apps I just want to know If she's okay any help would be appreciated greatly

so my apartment building got a notice board to post fire alarm tests and maintenance announcements and such. the building is pretty well-maintained, so we rarely get notices. the board is big and grey and to think it would be empty like that 99% of the time was a bland boring sin i just couldn't bear, so i vandalized the corner of its empty canvas with a teeny tiny Guy

and within a few days, there was a sudden addition from my one of my neighbors along with a Bunch of thumbtacks. this was an unexpected, but welcome surprise!

well there was still so much space, i figured i'd add another crumb to the art hoard. i'd been playing genshin that day so i drew my favorite grandpa

and like clockwork, new art manifested!! this person is gonna grow to be a great artist i know it. the detail in those stones? hell yeah that's cool.

we're two weeks into it. more neighbors have joined in with their artwork. who knew there were so many artists in my building?? we're onto somethin great here i just know it.

i’ll say it til the cows come home but as undeniably strange as the star wars prequels are, george lucas’ direction with anakin was downright fucking inspired. people were waiting for whatever badass backstory lucas was sure to give them, awaiting a naturally intimidating actor with rogueish charm to be cast, waiting for this masterpiece of badass villainy or whatever, and george lucas is like no, no, i’ve got you. and then he finds the one man on the planet who looked babier than baby mark hamill and says, “his main personality trait will be being weird and awkward, secondary personality trait loving his wife, tertiary personality trait being incredibly good at murder, and all of these traits will do battle on the silver screen for three movies until they all win in possibly the worst way.” that fucking rules. george lucas could’ve done anything with darth vader and he willingly, enthusiastically chose mentally unstable college student who is somehow married but his only friend is his kind-of dad. that fucking rules, top down, that’s fucking exquisite. if you don’t think that premise is inherently entertaining you’ve got no taste

Radfems and being “sex/kink critical”

Radfems will use any kind of sexual content that makes you uncomfortable to introduce you to terrible sex negative rhetoric and we don’t talk about it enough. Statistically, everyone is going to have something that would make them uncomfortable sexually. But that doesn’t mean it’s a societal or moral failing when those things exist and that we all must rally against them.

Just posting this because people can't seem to get the fucking difference.

What feminism is: I think that women should be allowed to have the same opportunities as men and to be treated with the same respect while also not putting down other women who choose to be traditional as long as it isn't hurting them or me. I also think that women shouldn't be slutshamed for choosing to do sex work or dressing in revealing clothing, or owning their beauty/sexuality. But, they also shouldn't be treated as just a sex symbol since there is more to a woman than their looks.

What it isn't: Kill all men. Trans people bad. Man bad. Sexy woman bad. Big boobs bad. Bisexual and pansexual bad. Non binary bad.
