I saw this on weheartit and thought of rhysand and tamlin. I heard Tamlin saying

“There’s no such thing as High Lady.”

And then Rhysand be like,

“She is the High Lady of the Night Court. My equal in every way.”

The hall looked spectacular. Festoons of holly and mistletoe hung all around the walls, and no less than twelve towering Christmas trees stood around the room, some sparkling with tiny icicles, some glittering with hundreds of candles.

In the dog world, humans are elves that routinely live to be 500+ years old.
